We loved the place, it was clean, had everything we needed. Very rustic inside which gave it that Montana feeling. Would highly recommend renting it.

Wonderful stay, close to everything you need. Yellowstone within an hour and a half, making an easy trip. Great place to relax after a long day exploring.

4 Day stay

This was a great property to use as our base for 4 days. Close to Yellowstone and the other national parks/forests and perfect for day trips to the parks.

Great stay!

So much better than a hotel room! We had plenty of room to spread out and it was nice and quiet. Easy to get to/from places we waned to visit.

Great accommodations!

This apartment was perfect for our needs ! Central located in Livingston! Full kitchen! It’s on the top floor of a home!

It hit record heat so the AC couldn't cool the whole house but shut the bedroom door and we were able to sleep comfortably. Should have a toaster for for breakfast instead of using the broiler. Shower head should be changed out for a handheld one. Those 2 things would make this a great stay.

Affordable in Livingston

There were a few things that should be improved (the bed and futon are due for replacement), but overall, I am content with the experience for the price paid.

Awesome experience!

We were so happy with our experience. The property owner communicated with us about the air conditioning going out and offered us options for it getting fixed while we’re were there or just holding off until we were gone. The property was clean and cozy, perfect for our stay!!!

Would stay here again

It was perfect for our needs and there were only two things we would suggest to help future renters. The indoor lighting is very poor; I had to use a flashlight to read and a nightlight in the bathroom would be extremely helpful. Instructions for the heating system would also be helpful. We finally realized that the thermostat only controls the main room.

The place was very clean. Check in and check was very easy. The room is above a garage so there is a 16 step staircase to the apartment. The biggest downside we had was the bed. It was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever been on and in fact we went and purchased an air mattress and put it on the bed to sleep.

Wonderful place and price is better than a hotel

We had a pull behind trailer that we didn’t think we would have and my son stayed a couple nights we didn’t plan on but Dan was great and we were able to park and my son loved it too! Thank you guy’s!

Just what was needed

We needed this VRBO before the north gate got closed, so it was a bit more of a trek than anticipated for Yellowstone's west gate. Still worth it! This place was in a cute town that had a farmer's market the day we got in. Nice people everywhere! We saw some deer on the property. The size was adequate for our four adults but you wouldn't want to sleep on the futon, so I recommend bringing an air mattress. Everything worked out great for us, it was so great to have a full kitchen to use to prep meals for the day. Owner was very nice! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cute, quiet retreat

This was my first Vrbo experience so wasn’t sure what to expect. The apartment was above a garage and was super cute and clean. Experienced a momma white tail and her baby walking through the property. The road was a little bumpy getting back in the neighborhood, but not horrible.

Great location with very nice accommodations. Owner gave us recommendations for beautiful hikes. Close to so many things to do and see. We feel fortunate to have stayed here!
