Very Short 300 meter walk to the beach

Very close to the beach, a cottage that is all about the outdoor spaces and spending time with family! Providing a comfortable space for 8 people. Less than a 3 minute walk to the clearest beach on Lake Erie, Bay Beach. 2025 features a completely renovated kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and all new stainless steel appliances. (New photos coming in May) There are also new floors throughout the main living area. With a recently renovated sunroom with dining and seating area, some fun new lighting and many other updates you will enjoy all the updates. We have added an additional outdoor dining area and a cozy hammock retreat. Take one of our adult bicycles out for a tour of this quaint beach town.

We are bungalow style living all on one floor and bedroom layouts are as follows:

Bedroom 3 - Double Bed (Sleeps 2)

The area offers great restaurants, shops, a craft brewery along with excellent seasonal events. An affordable family vacation home in the heart of Niagara's wine country. 20 mins from Niagara Falls, 10 mins from the US and 5 mins from Safari Niagara.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults.

Longer term monthly pricing in the off season is also available for relocation, short term work assignments and other temporary real estate needs.

TOTAL Maximum Occupancy is 8 guests with a maximum of 6 adults. Please note this home cannot accommodate more than 8 guests due to Town of Fort Erie rules in the approved rental licence.

Perfect distance from the beach and Erie Rd. The kids enjoyed the playground. Having three parking spots was helpful as well.

really enjoyed this lovely cottage. Lots of seating for family when they visited us. Everything was well equipped and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Bay beach is awesome.

Peaceful family vacation spot

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It's located in a charming neighborhood and the beach is a very short walk away. We made a few trips up to Niagara Falls, which was a lot of fun. The kids are already asking when we can go back!

Beautiful and cozy cottage, a very short walk away from the main beach area. Clean, well maintained, with a BBQ and a fire pit. Check-in was seamless and smooth, the owner communicated quickly, and the wi-fi was nice and fast. Highly recommended.

Perfect Summer stay

This is the perfect summer stay, and Teri the perfect host. We have used many online rentals, and hosts, and Teri is by far the best we have ever had. Cannot wat until next year!

Wonderful short stay

I was the most enjoyable time as family out to a silent place and more than expecting the home and it’s beauty. It’s worth the most memorable time with my family. I wish I would go there and stay for longer time.

Great location (safe, quiet, walking distance to everything), plenty of space for us, cute backyard and porch. A little wear & tear around the house, but nothing to be concerned about. Overall would recommend!!

Perfect beach cottage

We loved our week here. The place was spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed all of the indoor and outdoor places to gather, and we loved the airy sunporch for meals in. The beach and local restaurants are a short walk away, and our teens put the beach bikes to good use exploring a bit farther afield. It was our first time in this lovely area, but it won't be our last!

Quiet, close to beach

Everything was great! Teri Is wonderful to deal with and the house is fully stocked with everything you need. I stayed with a toddler and a newborn and couldn't ask for anything better. The walking distance to the beach was perfect, and we can't wait to come back! Thank you so much for hosting us and giving us a great family vacation.

A little bit of heaven

This was a great cottage for our family of 4 and grandma. Very close to the beach, loaded with everything you need for the week, beautiful enclosed sunporch and great yard for dinners and campfire. We will defintely come back to this place again. Terri, our host was wonderful! Very easy to work with, and responds very quickly to all messages. Thank you for allowing us to use this home!

PERFECT in every way

This was such a great cottage to enjoy time with friends and family. The indoor and outdoor space is perfect for entertaining and enjoying time with friends. The beds were comfortable. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. And the beach is so close, just a short walk down the road. Teri was fantastic and easy to communicate with and reach when I had a question. I could easily make this an annual trek when I visit family and old friends back in Ontario
