Very Short 300 meter walk to the beach

Very close to the beach, a cottage that is all about the outdoor spaces and spending time with family! Providing a comfortable space for 8 people. Less than a 3 minute walk to the clearest beach on Lake Erie, Bay Beach. 2025 features a completely renovated kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and all new stainless steel appliances. (New photos coming in May) There are also new floors throughout the main living area. With a recently renovated sunroom with dining and seating area, some fun new lighting and many other updates you will enjoy all the updates. We have added an additional outdoor dining area and a cozy hammock retreat. Take one of our adult bicycles out for a tour of this quaint beach town.

We are bungalow style living all on one floor and bedroom layouts are as follows:

Bedroom 3 - Double Bed (Sleeps 2)

The area offers great restaurants, shops, a craft brewery along with excellent seasonal events. An affordable family vacation home in the heart of Niagara's wine country. 20 mins from Niagara Falls, 10 mins from the US and 5 mins from Safari Niagara.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults.

Longer term monthly pricing in the off season is also available for relocation, short term work assignments and other temporary real estate needs.

TOTAL Maximum Occupancy is 8 guests with a maximum of 6 adults. Please note this home cannot accommodate more than 8 guests due to Town of Fort Erie rules in the approved rental licence.

Quiet, close to beach

Everything was great! Teri Is wonderful to deal with and the house is fully stocked with everything you need. I stayed with a toddler and a newborn and couldn't ask for anything better. The walking distance to the beach was perfect, and we can't wait to come back! Thank you so much for hosting us and giving us a great family vacation.

Perfect Summer stay

This is the perfect summer stay, and Teri the perfect host. We have used many online rentals, and hosts, and Teri is by far the best we have ever had. Cannot wat until next year!

Lovely Stay

Great location (safe, quiet, walking distance to everything), plenty of space for us, cute backyard and porch. A little wear & tear around the house, but nothing to be concerned about. Overall would recommend!!

Wonderful short stay

I was the most enjoyable time as family out to a silent place and more than expecting the home and it’s beauty. It’s worth the most memorable time with my family. I wish I would go there and stay for longer time.

Perfect beach cottage

We loved our week here. The place was spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed all of the indoor and outdoor places to gather, and we loved the airy sunporch for meals in. The beach and local restaurants are a short walk away, and our teens put the beach bikes to good use exploring a bit farther afield. It was our first time in this lovely area, but it won't be our last!

A little bit of heaven

This was a great cottage for our family of 4 and grandma. Very close to the beach, loaded with everything you need for the week, beautiful enclosed sunporch and great yard for dinners and campfire. We will defintely come back to this place again. Terri, our host was wonderful! Very easy to work with, and responds very quickly to all messages. Thank you for allowing us to use this home!

PERFECT in every way

This was such a great cottage to enjoy time with friends and family. The indoor and outdoor space is perfect for entertaining and enjoying time with friends. The beds were comfortable. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. And the beach is so close, just a short walk down the road. Teri was fantastic and easy to communicate with and reach when I had a question. I could easily make this an annual trek when I visit family and old friends back in Ontario

Mini-maison cosy et coquette!

Charmante petite maison bien organisée! Propreté apprécié! L'aménagement extérieure créait un bon petit moment de détente pour nous tous, mais surtout nos mères âgées. ;-) Accès à la plage, assez près pour y aller à la marche avec des gens plus âgés. On devait fait un court séjours de passage … cependant nous allons sûrement y retourner pour prendre plus de temps pour explorer la région. Bref, on qualifierait le tout de chaleureux et pratique! On a adoré!

Cozy cottage

This was a very good beach cottage - very clean and had everything we needed. Great location with friendly neighbours and only a quick walk to the beach and playground. We visited in October so we didn't make much use of the outside. Teri, the property manager was very responsive to our emails before arriving and when we had trouble with one of the windows it was fixed immediately.

Summer Vacation

This vacation rental was wonderful! Proximity to the beach was fantastic for me and my son! A five minute walk, limited capacity during Covid times and easy access with the beach passes provided. The cottage was cozy, clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Girls Getaway

My girlfriends and I had not seen each other in a year due to COVID-19 (and busy lives). This was what we needed. Crystal Beach is amazing; soft, sandy and warm. The cottage checked all the boxes, was very clean and homey. Will come again! Thanks to our host for being super available for last minute questions, as well!

Un beau séjour !

Bonne qualité pour le prix, surtout dans le contexte de la Covid où les prix de d’autres étaient parfois exagérés. Très bien situé, à distance de marche de tout. La propriétaire très gentille, communication rapide surtout avec la frontière qui n’ouvrait pas… elle a été très flexible! Belle décoration même si on voit que la rénovation a été fait rapidement. Donc pour les vacanciers qui recherchent plus de luxe ou finitions impeccables, pas pour vous. Mais quand on y pense, on est surtout à l’extérieur durant ce genre de vacances! Très bon wifi, idéal pour mes ados! L’air climatisé a été très appréciée durant cette période chaude. Bien équipé pour draps et serviettes et les choses de base. Petites suggestions juste pour améliorer dans le futur: - matelas de la chambre principale très dur… ouf mon dos après 7 jours - avoir quelques oreillers d’extra pour les clients avec enjeux de dos comme moi ;) - avoir la bonbonne de propane pleine ou au moins à moitié à l’arrivée (elle était vide, même si indiqué que possible dans le guide) - sel et poivre fournis au minimum - changer certains stores qui étaient défectueux Merci encore !

Great Location!!!!!!!

This property was very comfy. The location is absolutely amazing for the price. This is literally steps from the main beach. Very convenient and great for kids as there’s a park right outside the beach… some really great restaurants within walking distance. A good place for a little family getaway!!!

Beautiful beach! Amazing location!

Short walk to a beautiful clean beach. This cottage was roomy and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing that would have made it more enjoyable would have been Air Conditioning and a dishwasher. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The cottage cooled down at night and we had a few extra fans for sleeping which helped keep us comfortable. The layout of the cottage is roomy. There is lots of spaces to gather. We enjoyed the enclosed sunroom, outdoor patio and fire pit area outside. Most of our time was spent enjoying the gorgeous beach and area. Other highlights -Fabulous restaurants are within walking distance. -Area was very quiet and peaceful. -Management was very responsive and attentive. Thank you

Summer getaway :)

We had a wonderful time. My kids certainly enjoyed themselves. The cottage is lovely. The sort walk to the beach was amazing .. the nicest in the neighbourhood and community. Well definitely return in the future.
