Thank you so much for your kind review. It’s very important to me that the guest enjoys their stay and the cabin is clean and comfortable. I always take you comments and suggestions very seriously.

I apologized several times and called the cleaners immediately and they were there in less than an hour, and had it cleaned about 6:30. The hot tub had not been used because I was the guest and I did not use it. Also I told you that the extra grill had rusted out and was not safe to use so I removed it. I also told you that there was another grill next to the fire pit that we had installed earlier. I offered you several options including a free night and a late check out and you did not want to hear anything I had to say. You just kept saying you wanted your money back, I could not offer that because you had payed VRBO not me. You also said your time was valuable and you were leaving. I apologize so many times and tried so hard to make you happy but you refused to even let me try. I even told you that you were welcomed to come back when it was cleaned and we would work it out. Again I’m am so sorry that I couldn’t make you happy.
