Cute and comfortable private guest house. Very peaceful and quiet. Close to a lot of fun things to do in the area including Dana Warf whale watching and dolphin tour. Very beautiful area. We really enjoyed our stay here!

This is a small standalone building behind someone’s home and it is primarily surrounded by fencing, so the farmhouse description is inaccurate. This place was a good location for what I needed as one person, but the Wi-Fi was so poor that I could not use it for my work video calls or to watch TV on my laptop. The house was tidy, but I wouldn’t call it clean if you care about baseboards, shower curtain, and area rugs.

Charming guest house. We loved it! The location was convenient. Check-in was easy. The unit was clean and well stocked. The care takers were kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

My husband and I were really impressed with the cleanliness and amenities! The location was perfect as it was a straight shot to Disneyland where we slent our first full day. The location was also quiet and Anthony responded fast. We will definitely come back in the future!

Everything about this property was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, safe, great communication from the host. The bed was super comfy. For being a guest house, it felt very spacious. The entrance is very private and it did not feel like a guest house. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything we needed to do in the area.

House was not cleaned from previous guests arrived after midnight with no check-in information although it was promised requesting my money back so I could go find a hotel. This was the replacement house to the other house that got canceled on me in the same area last minute not a great experience.

Perfect for a couple or a single to stay at. Convenient to the surrounding attractions and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication regarding check in and check out could have been a bit better but the information was produced and once I had the info it was very easy to check in and out. The unit was clean and comfortable. I won't comment on the couch as so many others have but if you're like me you only there briefly and not really needing it. The bed was quite comfortable and I appreciated the walk in shower. Overall I'd say an excellent experience.

This is a fabulous place to stay - well located, very quiet, and the host was terrific. And the price was great. We had everything we needed there. I highly recommend it for a quick visit or longer stays.

The fridge was smaller than in the picture, not a big deal for a couple of days, a longer stay it might make a difference. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Thankfully there was a store within walking distance to get cleaning supplies.
