The Sea Treasures Inn is centrally located just two blocks from downtown. Head east to Highway 101 where you will find plenty of shops to explore, numerous dining options, and more. There is public beach access just two blocks at the west end of N 3rd Avenue where you will find long stretches of beach to explore in either direction.

Birthday trip

We love staying at this place as it's cheap and we usually aren't here for a great room experience. Rooms are newly updateda few years back but sometimes cleaning can be a bit better. For what you pay it's one of my favorite properties to stay at. Also they don't provide you with extra trash bags learned this this time around. So pack an extra bag or two so you don't have to buy a whole roll!

Cute space in walking distance to beach

This place was very cute. Tidy. Basic kitchen items available. There isn’t an ocean view but you’re maybe a 2 minute walk from the beach.

Great stay overall

The accommodations were fine. The water heater is turned up way to high so BE CAREFUL! Lots of bird poop on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked to make a meal.

Nice Room for the Price

The room was nice and clean and everything worked well. The only drawback was the hotel is right next to the highway and you hear the traffic all the time. With all the doors and windows closed the room gets very hot. It was a nice room for the value

Spend a few dollars more

It's just an Okay room. Don't plan on sitting anywhere comfortable, pay the extra and stay somewhere else. The pictures are of a place of nice and clean, but it's quite the opposite.

Weekend at rockaway

The price was good. The room wasnt the cleanest but still ok. Loved that it was like a studio apartment with kitchen and all. Didnt like the parking situation. Alot of people had multiple cars per room. All in all 6.5 out of 10.

It’s okay.

Check In/ check out times are a little ridiculous. The place needs a face lift, very used and outdated. The shower curtain has mold on it, and the floors could have been swept better. Replace the door and seals.. you can literally see out of it from above and below.

Dirty sheets & floors

There was sand on the floor and hair on the sheets. I got in late and had no choice but to put down my own blankets and stay. They didn't take into consideration that I had to sleep in filth. I won't stay there again or use the company to book again and highly suggest you don't either.

Previous Reviews Debunked!

I’d love to take some time to debunk some of the previous reviews. Some talk about hair on the bed, sand, microwave not working, room smelling like smoke, noise between units etc. These were all non issues now! My partner and I just stayed here and had a lovely weekend, we booked a dog friendly motel by the beach and that’s exactly what we got. The linens were clean, floor had been mopped, clean dishes to use (pans, plates and cups, utensils) fresh soap, working microwave, stove and dishwasher. Ofc there was slight noise from other dogs… again it’s a dog friendly place! If you are looking to stay in a place with no trace of animals or a little bit of sand this might not be for you, but if you want to be in a clean space, a 1 minute walk away from a lovely sandy beach and bring your furry friend along this was amazing. Will absolutely come back, would highly suggest staying here with you fur baby for the amazing price.

Overall affordable and satisfactory

Upon approval of identification, my trip was cancelled but a quick call to Vrbo resolved this. Check in was easy and quick. The room was overall clean and well put together. However, there was one dirty pan in the cupboard that was unwashed and obviously used. Aside this, the kitchen was well stocked and otherwise clean. There were utensils, cups, plates, pots and pans. Everything a small studio would need. This was the only complaint towards cleanliness. The bed was extremely loud whenever you moved but not as uncomfortable as other reviews stated. The bathroom was also well stocked and for our week stay, didn’t need any refills or additional supplies. Check out was slightly confusing because of the many notifications I got via email and through the app, but otherwise easy. Thank you for helping us enjoy our trip to Rockaway.

Very disappointed

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for our 15th year anniversary. We were very disappointed. The microwave did not work, nor did most of the burners on the oven. The place smelled like cigarette smoke and gave us a headache. The bed feels like it’s going to crash down on the floor at any moment. It was dirty. Especially the back porch since that’s where the pigeons live. I’ve never seen so much pigeon poop in my life. The amenities were not accommodating. They only supplied a days worth of coffee. And not enough shampoo to share for our time there. To sum it up it was very disappointing.

Great location

My daughter was running a wedding. So not much time spent in the unit. But worked great. We did hear what sounded like a mouse in the walls. Freaked my daughter out a little bit, she wouldn’t open any of the cupboards. I would definitely come back.

Pretty good

This room was pretty good for the cost. There was a flytrap and the shower curtain liner had pink on it from being old but otherwise it was clean. The kitchen was nice but our microwave was out of order. It was in a nice part of town and close to major attractions too.

Relaxing and happy

Really enjoyed our stay. Will come back. Nice and clean. Shower is just a mist takes forever to rinse off the soap and the microwave had a mind of its own but other than that it was a great place to go.

Location. Location. Location.

Pros: The Sea Treasure Inn is located near the beach and a short walking distance to most stores, etc in Rockaway OR. Steven, the cleaning person was helpful! Cons: The internet was patchy and the dish TV didn’t work in our room. The rooms are old and could use a facelift, however you do get what you pay for, and the price was decent and much lower than other VRBO’s in the area. Note: Most places in town are closed on Monday and Tuesday’s. Had I known that I would have changed my days.

Bed is a deal breaker

I won’t be back unless they replace the bed! Every time one of us turned over, the racket woke up the other one. Memory foam beds are comfy and reasonably priced. There’s no reason that wobbly, squeaky bed should be there! Otherwise the room was clean and acceptable.

Okay

Wasn't bad place to stay. Bed was very squeaky and had difficulty with shower which finally figured out. Maybe recommend instructions on shower since it is a unique shower. Air kept going up hot when set it on what was recommended at 55.

Horrible customer service

Shower wouldn’t work nor would tub fulfill up due to the plug not staying plugged. Called customer service 3 times still no contact from apartment manager with any suggestions or time frame to resolve issues. Employee that was there could only text manager but wouldn’t since it was the same thing I had already done. After 4 hours of waiting told customer service to cancel remaining of stay and refund money at first they said the couldn’t cause I was passed check out time. When I left manager was there but never came to room to try to resolve.
