We loved it!

This condo was great! Beautifully decorated with great amenities. It was located very conveniently to the pool and tennis courts. There were wonderful bike trails everywhere, and the bike ride to the beach was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the privacy of this part of Shipyard. Very, very clean, condo well-stocked kitchen, and loved the covered patio. Would have liked to have had beach chairs. Other than that, it was perfect!

Updated and nice

Family room/kitchen/dining room all open to create more space. LARGE Master bedroom. Location (Shipyard) was convenient for my conference, reasonable walk to beach.

Great Location

The home was beautiful and very spacious and clean! Enough sleeping areas and was stocked with all the essentials you would need when you're away from home! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it's close to everything!

Beautiful location and perfect place for family of 5!

The home was clean and nice. It was in a perfect location. The 5 of us biked everyday. The wildlife was everywhere from bird watching to alligator watching. Would definitely come again!

Our first Hilton Head experience

Our home was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. The area was beautiful and the beach was close enough for walking or riding bikes. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Location

The neighborhood is lovely and very convenient to get around HH. There is a private beach within walking distance. The house did not have any beach towels or chairs which was disappointing because we flew down and would have no way to bring all that stuff. I would recommend that the owners put together an info packet with a map and amenities available for the property.

Great property

We rented this unit for two adult couples. The location is great; a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. It was very comfortable with plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink draining but Vacasa had it fixed that day. It does need a new hair dryer in the bathroom - maybe one for each bathroom. We would also have really liked to have a barbecue available to us. But otherwise, a very comfortable property.

Great spot!

We rent in Shipyard whenever we come visit family in SC. This was one of the nicer units we’ve stayed in. Although it’s smaller than others, it was very clean, cozy, well kept, and has all the essential items you may need, (laundry pods, dish pods, etc). It’s a close walk to the pool and close drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo and the location to everything. The kitchen , bathroom & living room were amazing. The only thing we did not like were the beds. We all woke up with back aches & neck pain. The beds could be updated.

So relaxing!

My family enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head and our stay in Shipyard. Our condo was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. We loved the short walk to the beach and the tranquil feel of the community. We look forward to staying there again.

Great time!

We had a great time here! It was a great spot and we enjoyed our time there. Only tiny minor downfall, I’m not sure if we were supposed to bring any or what, but there were no coffee filters.

Great home, great location

Great home. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat in. The home was very clean. Shipyard felt close to everything. We biked everywhere. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Quick Getaway

We really enjoyed the home and property. Was a little disappointed by the pool as ours had not lounge chairs available. You either had to bring your own or lay on the concrete on a towel, but I noticed other pools had them. The unit was very nice, clean and spacious. I received a rude voice mail from the property manager accusing us of trying to upgrade the cable package one day. It was hard figuring out how to even work the television system so that was laughable. I called him back and explained there is no way we could have done that. He said ok, but was still unprofessional. Other than that I would recommend the location.

This place is Fantastic !

The villa was really well furnished, and we felt comfortable immediately upon our arrival. There were plenty of bike racks just feet away from our front door. The pool and tennis courts were a minute or two walking distance away, and the beach was close by (<5 min drive, or ~5-10min bike ride, with <10yo riders). It's definitely on our short list of nicest rentals we've ever been to. We would definitely come back here again (family of 2 adults and 3 elementary school aged children); though, it did fall short of 5 stars for us. Why? The dryer did not heat consistently; it did turn on and air would flow; but, hot air would only come out in 1 of 3 modes (Timed dry, vs. auto dry, or soft/delicates...). Had no issues with the Washing machine. There was a little bit of mildew on the grout of one of the shower stalls, it would have been helpful to have a pack of batteries for the remote of the main TV (had to shuffle them to get the remote to work), and we would have appreciated a guide/map of the estate (Evian) and directions to the pool and beach (clearly we figured it out, but a guide would have made it a little bit easier. Aside from the dryer, most of these issues could be placed in the nit-picking category; yet, they did affect our stay. In full disclosure, we did not call management about any of these issues, except for getting to the beach. Now that MGMT is aware, hopefully they will be non-issues for the next residents. Overall, definitely enjoyed our stay.
