This house is in the perfect location. Beautiful ocean view from all levels. The beach access and beginning of boardwalk are just around the corner. Plenty of space and nice open layout.

Perfect Bethany Beach House

We had a great time staying at Susan's beach house and would certainly stay here again. The location is ideal and house is very well maintained and clean. This house was perfect for our family.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The owner showed us around the property which was very clean and well furnished. We were just a few minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk. All in all we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Family Vacation

We are blessed to have our family vacation together! We had a wonderful week at this house on Bethany Beach, location is great and the house is clean and welcoming. We also had beautiful weather!!! I would recommend this property! It was a very easy process working with vrbo and the owner.

Family Friendly

This house was perfect for the whole family! We had three generations with us including four little ones. It was an quick walk to the beach making heading back to the house for the baby’s nap or a bathroom break easy. Kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked there almost every night. A very nice touch was having two coffee pots for the amount of people we had. Would definitely book here again.

Great Family Vacation

We stayed at the Blue House the week of Sept. 20-27, 2009 and had a fabulous time. The House was awesome, weather was great and even though we had several families together, there was plenty of room for all. There are numerous decks to relax upon and from the upper one, you can see the ocean, quite beautiful. Bethany Beach was great as well, very family friendly area, beach and board walk are so close to the house, all I can say is location, location, location. House is well appointed, kitchen is fantastic, great room is open and master bathroom truly needs to be seen. Will stay again next time we vacation in BB.

The location of the property was EXCELLENT, but several of the appliances (dishwasher, dryer, ice maker in fridge) were not working and all of the sliding doors were broken making them difficult to open and rusty sharp edges. The deck is not useable if you have children as the railing are NOT child proof or legal - spacing between rails is at least double the legal allowance making it impossible to enjoy family time on deck. The host showed up 4 times and wanted to come a 5th to repair items. She made us very uncomfortable and actually told us to pack up and leave early if we did NOT like how the appliances didn't work. Although the house, if it had been kept up, and it's location were great, I would NOT recommend this house due to illegal deck railing, nonfunctioning appliances, sliding glass door issues, and, host showing up the whole time.

Perfect location and great beach house

This was a great beach house for our family vacation. We've been renting for the past 14 summers and this was one of favorites. Very close to walk into town and close to the beach. The house was clean and spaced out nicely for a group. We loved the decks and views.

Great Family Beach Trip

The house was spacious, clean and perfectly located for our group. The walk to the beach was super easy and the kids enjoyed walking on the Boardwalk and into town. The kitchen was well-stocked and we cooked most meals at home. The furnishings were a bit dated but overall comfortable. We had a great time!

Home was located close to town and had easy beach access, home was well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the proximity to beach and boardwalk.

Rooms were a good size Master bath was huge. 2 sets of washers and dryer’s. Great Restaurants close to walk to.. you can rent umbrellas at beach.

Stay was very nice property in good location and roomy enough for our family

Overall the stay was rewarding all but the beach rules with no cabanas allowed in which we all had no fault of the owner

Had a very nice vacation (even in the midst of COVID). Great location with easy access to beach and boardwalk. Very nice home with lots of space. Susie was great to work with!
