Great for family gatherings. Upper deck with views of ocean; Bedrooms nicely decorated. Master Bedroom with sun room and private bath. Sun room has sleep sofa. Plentiful off street parking available. Weekly rentals available from June to August.

Great stay in Bethany Beach! The location was perfect, the rental was exactly as described, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!

What a great beach house! A terrific, clean, well appointed, conveniently located house in Bethany Beach with easy access to the beach and to town. The main room was lovely and bright, and the bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the screened porch was a great hang space.We brought all of our beach toys with us, but it really wasn't necessary since the host provided a storage room that included, beach chairs, bikes, and kid's toys. Prior to the visit, the host was friendly and easy to work with. She answered all of our questions and made check-in and check-out simple and easy. We had a wonderful time and will certainly try to rent this home again for our next family beach vacation!

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have enjoyed a family vacation while staying at this property. We had 5 adults and 3 grandchildren. The quality and location of the home is wonderful, and these are the main reasons that we returned (plus we love the family atmosphere at Bethany Beach). The arrangements of the bedrooms and bathrooms provided each of us our own personal areas to relax and rejuvenate. We also enjoyed the wonderful screened in porch, as well as the kitchen area. We hope to return in 2027!!

This is our second year staying here for a long fall weekend with my parents. Home is in a great location on a quiet street, close to the boardwalk and beach. We all loved it.

great Bethany beach house

The weather did not cooperate, but this spot was ideal - a block away from the beach and 3 blocks in to downtown bethany. beds were comfortable, fans in every room, a nice outdoor shower and plenty of space.

Wonderful stay

We had a group of 9 friends enjoying Bethany for a 50th birthday and this house was perfect. The location was amazing…easy to walk to the beach and shops. The house was clean and very spacious. We hope to come back for a visit again!

Fantastic in every way. Two families of four and we had plenty of room. The home was beautiful, the location was a very short walk to the beach and town. If I could rate it 15 out of 10 I would.

It was a great property. It was a very enjoyable walk to the beach, boardwalk, and shops. The house was clean and well maintained and very enjoyable. The beach chairs, kids wagon, and sand toys were a very welcome addition. Great place! Would definitely stay again

We enjoyed our stay at your home! It is a perfect location for beachgoers since it is on the beach block and close to downtown. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything you could want. Every room was furnished with a beautiful, beach theme and we used the screened in porch almost every morning and evening. Thank you for the many beach chairs, wagon for beach supplies , sand toys, etc. We will definitely return to this ideal home.

Bethany Beach

Great location for the kids to walk to the beach and boardwalk, decks were outstanding. Had some trouble with the internet but only when watching live TV all other apps worked well. Could use some updating but understand that's rented all summer long. Host communication was great!
