Come see us! Baseball season has started. Come see family friendly minor league baseball in Asheville. PGA coming to Asheville this fall! The weather keeps getting better!! This is a very comfortable 2 BR/2 BA with expansive wrap around deck to take in city and endless mountain views. We are 5 minutes to downtown Asheville, & Biltmore Estate/Village. We are situated on Beaucatcher Mtn in the city. You have woods, wildlife, mountains and the city outside your door. Take advantage of everything Asheville has to offer while enjoying our comfortable home in the Kenilworth neighborhood!
Please note the host of this property keeps a residence in walk out basement when in town. We do NOT share any of your space.

My best VRBO experience to date! Every detail was just as advertised. Home was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Great location and very responsive owners. We will definitely rebook when in Asheville again!

Property is centrally located for all that you want to do in the Asheville area. It is clean and quaint. Communication was great. Checkin/out process very easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Nana‘s place. Marie was so helpful and Andrew came to the rescue with the TV.We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.Everything you could possibly want or need was available and the scenery was gorgeous.

Other than a little bit of confusion surrounding how to operate the mini split HVAC system, this property and the host were very impressive. The place was clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The house was great and in a great location that was very easy to get to even with a detour for construction. Very quiet neighborhood and the host was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay again!

Mountain Sunset view was wonderful. Marie was very nice and helpful.We were there to visit Biltmore and the location was great - only a 5 minute drive. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Welcoming host, welcoming home. It was the perfect home in a perfect location. We had a great time in AVL. beds were comfy, sofa & chairs comfy with a beautiful sunset view off the porch. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Ashville visit

This property was ideal for our visit to Ashville! Its location gave us great access to all we wanted to do! We enjoyed all the comforts of home allowing us to have a great visit with our out of state guests!!

We loved the convenient location and spent a lot of time on the open air deck. Very well stocked with everything we needed and the linens and bed were very comfortable! Perfect for 4 people to relax, get some work done, and have easy access to downtown Asheville, River Arts and Biltmore too. Friendly and accommodating host; we'll definitely be back!

I moved from Florida after my children were grown and settled. We have been involved in short-term rentals for about 5 years. Hosting out of town guests is a joy and I have found it very rewarding.
