It is not what they advertise
Upon arrival, we encountered several significant issues that differ from the listing description and impacted both our comfort and security.Issues Experienced:1.Laundry Facilities Not Available: The listing stated there would be a washer and dryer, but none are present. Instead, we were told that a neighbor would handle our laundry, which is unacceptable.2. There is no ocean view from the upper deck as stated 3.Security Concerns:This is NOT a private yard it is shared with 2 other container homes which several different families occupied over our 10 day stay- There is no part of this Vrbo that can be locked ! There were no keys left for anything! - One of our rental cottages did not even have a door knob . While this was replaced the next morning, our guest was woken at 7:30 AM and asked to vacate the room while the installation took place ! The safety deposit boxes, which we were told were available in each room, do not work. We were assured this would be fixed, but no action was ever taken ! -Only one dish-drying towel and one hand towel were provided in the shared bathroom, which is inadequate for our group for 10 days we had No Garbage Disposal Access and our garbage would go unemptied for daysI raised concerns with our host and While the door knob was replaced, we were told the safety deposit boxes would be fixed , yet this did not happen happened.
