Quiet neighborhood, convenient to the Beach, multiple restaurants & shopping. Plenty of room.

Great house and great location. Accommodated our large family. Has everything needed for the beach from towels to boogie boards to a great wagon to haul everything. Host was very helpful and available. Highly recommend.

Great location, great price. Bunk beds and maintain bed are great. Futons are ok for maybe 1 night or kids.

My family and I stayed during the Blues week. Along with our adult kids we had our little grandson and two little grand dogs with us. Check in was easy. Plenty of parking. Good location easy beach access. We had a wonderful week at the beach. The host were very helpful/accommodating. Great place to stay. Thank you Bunny&Boo

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. One of our favorite things about the house was the outdoor shower!! The entire home felt so welcoming! The host communicated promptly and made the whole process seamless. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay was incredible! Bunny and Boo treated us like family, quick to help us with bikes and any amenities we wanted. They thought of everything, many kitchen appliances and tools for cooking, lots of towels and bedding, soaps, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, beach amenities, everything to help it feel like coming home. The hot tub was sparkling clean and soooooo excellent. Check in and out was so easy, Bunny and Boo are very easy going and we will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay

We loved staying here. The beach was a short walk across the little highway - 10 minute walk maybe. It was such a great place to stay and had everything we could have needed and more. The hosts messaged us with everything we needed and we had a great stay!

Definitely Reccommend!

We loved our stay here. We are Pensacola locals and thoroughly enjoyed our staycation here. The hosts were so nice and accommodating and the house was perfect. Plenty of space and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.

Beautiful stay

It was so beautiful waking up every morning to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and sunset. I live here in Pensacola so it was a nice mini vacation for sure! Will probably book again here if I stay on the beach again!

Loved this rental and the owners were awesome!

The house and location was exactly as described and honestly even better! Bunny and Boo provided everything needed for a fantastic vacation. We will def plan to stay here again. Highly recommend!

A wonderful house for a group

We had 2 families with a wide range of kids ages 5-17 and everyone had space and entertainment for the whole stay.

Easy check in and check out process - electronic coded lock is a great idea - well laid out overall with large spacious sitting area - nice fenced back yard that was perfect for our 2 small dogs - well stocked kitchen - this owner provides more than most others have - 3 nice sized bedrooms with plenty of closet space and LOTS of hangers - great touch.

Great location!

This property is everything the owners say it is and more. The hosts have thought of everything...from leaving snacks to having extra blankets available to having all the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels you could ever need ready to use. The beach was easy to access either walking or driving and this part of the island has great shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a trip to Pensacola.

Bachelorette party

This property has a great location! So convenient to beach and boardwalk area. The hosts were fantastic, so quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again in the future.

Perfect

Great place, great location, greater hosts!! All you need for beach vacation, easy beach access, close to restaurants and things to do but just enough removed from hustle n bustle to be nice and quiet at the house. Gracious and very helpful hosts! Even helped us with a flat tire!! Can’t ask for more!

Had an excellent time!

Had a great time with my group of 10 friends. If you are so inclined, everything is within walking distance, from the beach to a restaurant to grab a bite. Plus, the host was extremely accommodating. Overall, we might book this place for our reunion again.

Absolutely Perfect!

The property was amazing, they had everything we needed to make our beach trip a success. The best part were the owners. The people were very kind and going above and beyond to give us tips on how and where to fish, great places to eat, things to explore. It was an amazing experience and we will be definitely making there place our go to place when we visit.
