I was on weekend with my family and friends. We really liked it. The house is very spacious and has a swimming pool, right by the beach. The house has everything you need. We immediately received answers to all our questions. Everyone really liked it. I think we will come back here more than once.

Great location and property for a big group

If you're looking to just chill out and relax at the beach or pool with family and friends, this was a great location. Tons of community space, tons of beds for kids and tons of stocked stuff in the kitchen.

Family Vacation

The home is beautiful and wonderful for a large family, with plenty of space for family dinners or gathering in the living room. The beach is private and you don’t have to cross any streets to get to it. Our family had a wonderful week!

Great Fall Beach Vacation!

This house was great! It is so close to the beach and comes with everything you would need for a beach trip. It was nice not having to travel with all the beach toys and chairs. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again!

Family Vacation

We have been vacationing for years with our growing family. This property was the perfect fit with 12 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, large living room, great pool and plenty of parking. The beach was beautiful with clear water and space away from crowds.

Family Vacation celebrating our 50th Anniversary and other family commemorations

Ideal gated community with everything as advertised. House suited our large family needs and we used every inch of what it offered. Particularly appreciated the large stand alone ice maker, large dinner table and large family/game rooms. Will definitely look to return.

Summer Pace has EVERYTHING

If you have a large group; this home is your best option on 30A. There are 12 bedrooms, 6 full baths, and 4 half baths that provide lots of privacy and comfy niches for all ages. The family room and kitchen eating area are huge. There are two full kitchens with dishwashers , microwaves, stoves, and refrigerators. Our group of 23 loved the ice maker, private swimming pool , and easy beach access with NO road crossing! Our family has gone to the Seagrove area for over 25 years and done a lot of research on possible places to stay. We have stayed at Summer Pace 3 out of the 4 last stays and missed one opportunity because we waited too late to book it!

50th Birthday Celebration.

We had 12 couples (24) adults all stay for a quick Birthday getaway. House worked out great, location, restrooms, bedrooms with multiple kitchen areas. The property managers/host had incredible communication and willing to help and accommodate in anyway. Thank you for allowing us in your home. Greatly appreciated and memories for a lifetime. Bella Breeze has it all!

This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful house! The age range of our vacationers was age 3-83 and we were 18 people. We love the facts that the house has easy access to the beach without having to cross any roads, it has its own pool, there are individual bunk rooms with access to 1/2 bathrooms as well as master suites, there are two kitchens, a large family room, a wonderful long table so we could all sit together, plenty of kitchen supplies, and last but not least- there is an ice maker! We hope to return again.

Great Location

The size and location of the property are excellent for a family with children. I feel the floors needed to be cleaned. Our bare feet were black. The Crockpot needs replacing and an ice cream scooper added. Otherwise nice vacation home.

Our home away for 20 odd years. We had a great time as usual. The thing we like the most is that it doesn't change much. The working bikes (2) were a welcome addition. I would suggest you subscribe to an Internet TV like Youtube TV and scrap cable. So far I have not been able to reserve for next summer.

Perfect Place for Large Group

Perfect home for the four families from gathering together for our annual family reunion. Each of the 11 bdrms had just the right bedding configurations and there was no wait for bathrooms. Also, rhe double kitchen was excellent as we cooked meals for the 28 of us daily and had plenty of beverages refrigerated for those hot summer days. The dining room table was absolutely awesome: everyone had a place to sit for all meals and to play cards/board games. The living room and bonus tv room next to it couldn’t be more ideal to let all of us relax and kick up our feet at the end of our days. As if this wasn’t enough, the beach access was super ideal, the private shoreline was stupendous, and the rinse off and pool when we returned to the home were perfect. We will DEFINITELY return to this home next year!!

Family trip celebrating my husband’s retirement

The location was fantastic. Great access to the beach. The pool was great. Kids loved playing there when not at the beach. The house was spacious with plenty of beds and gathering spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, cooking tools but needs to be reorganized. Had to search at times. Probably because people put things away randomly. We were not provided with many trash bags, only 1roll of paper towels, only 2 dish towels for 2 kitchens and no dish cloths to last a week. We had to buy those items. Other than that, we loved it.

Great home for big family

We loved this property. We were celebrating my dad’s 90th birthday with our family if 24: his kids and spouses, grandkids and spouses, and a few great grandkids. The 12 bedrooms and private pool worked great for our needs and we appreciated all of the pool noodles and beach toys. We rented extra bikes but it was nice that the property had a few as well. The two kitchens and large dining tables and were well equipped for a crowd. The only issue we had was with.air conditioning but when we called the management company was there immediately and resolved it. The property was within walking distance to Cafe 30A and Goatfeathers fish market. We recommend it highly!

SRB Family Vaca 2024

Our recent stay at Bella Breeze was nothing short of spectacular. Accommodating 23 family members spanning from 7 months to 73 years old, we were thrilled to find ample space for everyone. The house was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our vacation. One of the standout features was the sheer abundance of kitchen supplies available - it surpassed anything we've ever seen in a vacation rental before. This made meal preparation for our large group a breeze, and we were able to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals together. The location of the house was another highlight. A short and easy walk to the private beach meant that we could effortlessly spend our days by the ocean, building sandcastles and soaking up the sun. It was incredibly convenient, especially with young children in tow. Moreover, the management team's quick response to a minor maintenance issue was impressive. They promptly resolved the matter, ensuring that our comfort was never compromised throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time at this house and are already planning our return. It catered perfectly to our large and diverse family, providing comfort, cleanliness, and convenience in abundance. We highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for an unforgettable family getaway.

Rough Start Great Stay

Our stay did not start out well as the cleaning crew was not done when we got there. We were unable to get in until one hour and twenty minutes after our allotted check in time. We had to stay outside in the heat with elderly grandmothers, an 8 month old, 1 year old, and 2 year old. While we did receive response from the property manager, it was quite some time after this occurred and we were only offered an “I’m sorry.” Then once we got in, it was not overly clean as we found items from the previous renters there like toys, a balloon, and trash still in various locations. While I understand things come up that are unforeseen, we were not offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. We simply got a “sorry”. All of that being said, the house was a great size and a great location! We did love being so close to the beach and having a pool. We had a wonderful time and so it was a great ending to a rough start.

We recently stumbled upon this beautiful location and fell in love! 💕 Gated, secure neighborhood is less crowded, safe & quiet - no unwelcomed guests. Very short walk (less than 1 minute!) to our own private beach which cuts down on crowds. Large enough to accommodate family reunions or multiple families who would like some extra space. Short bike ride to Seaside or Rosemary Beach & quick walk across #30-A to access miles of Hiking Trails.
