While I’m glad you found the house beautiful, it’s disappointing to hear about the issues with the pool area, hot tub, and third-floor maintenance. I regret that the pine straw was not cleared properly and that the blower was not functioning as it should. You should not have had to handle that yourself, and I will be addressing this directly with our team to ensure proper equipment and preparation moving forward. I’m also glad the hot tub was ultimately heated but apologize that it wasn’t ready upon arrival. Regarding the mildew above the doors and windows, I sincerely appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I was not aware of this issue, and I will have it inspected and properly remediated right away to prevent any further concerns.
