Featuring a full kitchen and patio with personal hot tub, Unit 6 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath attached cabin with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa plus a queen futon, gas fireplace, and cable TV with free DVD movie rentals. This unit has an air conditioner. Dine outdoors with a gas grill or enjoy downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. Rocky Mountain National Park rests just three miles away and your stay includes complimentary snowshoes rentals during the winter. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps six.

Nice setting, close to RMNP entrance. Away from the noise of town. Scenery nice in surrounding area. Clean, everything was in good working condition. Safe, comfortable.

We were surprised that there was no air conditioning, but apparently that is common in Estes Park. Since we visited at a hot time in the summer, the air conditioning was badly missed. Aside from that, the lodging was very nice. The king sofa sleeper and the queen futon accommodated our kids just fine. The kitchen was nice to prepare breakfasts and dinners in. The hosts helped get maintenance to us quickly when we had some urgent needs pop up.

Great get away

Great space for a getaway. Isolated from downtown but close enough when you want to go there.

Great stay

Good location to entrance of RMNP and Sheeps Lake. Close town of Estes Park as well. Hot tub was a PLUS!!

Lovely Escape Tucked away

This is a great cabin for a cozy couple or a small group of friends with a clean modern and convenient private hot tub and plenty of room for activities.

Cozy Cabin

This warm, inviting, roomy and truly spotless cabin is close to the park and downtown. We had a nice 3 night stay with our pups and enjoyed meeting the "neighbors" (elk) wandering around the property. Would stay here again.

great Spot

6 minutes from downtown, 4 minutes to RMNP. Views in the background. Hot tub was perfectly maintained and fantastic to have after a day of hiking. Not directly on the river but just right across the street.

Perfect for us

The "cabin" was spacious and clean. It was in a perfect location. The kids and i will have very fond memories of this trip and this place.

Sunnyside 6

Nice place with plenty of room and well stocked with essential items. Hot tub was awesome to relax in after long hikes. Would stay here again.

The inside of the property was very nice. The hot tub as advertised was privatge but it was in a very pubic place behind the utility shed. These was not a patio

Easy Little Mountain Getaway

We stayed here during a wedding weekend in Estes Park - the rental was easy to access (once we found the correct unit, which was a bit difficult), had everything we needed for a simple and enjoyable stay, and we'd stay here again!
