Our properties utilize keyless entry systems, granting access through a secure code instead of a physical key, ensuring convenience during your stay.

WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED?

Our vacation rentals come fully furnished, featuring kitchens equipped with microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, and blenders. Each property is stocked with dining and cooking essentials, including plates, bowls, utensils, a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more. We provide ground coffee for the coffee maker and offer a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Bath towels, pool towels, bed linens, initial supplies of essentials like trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap are also provided. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, while laundry facilities include laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP PACKAGES TO THE VACATION HOME?

For security reasons, we advise against shipping directly to the property due to various individuals having access, such as vendors, housekeeping, and other guests during their stay.

ARE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS ALLOWED?

In compliance with strict city regulations, outdoor music is not allowed, and quiet hours are enforced from 9pm to 9am. However, indoor music is permitted with doors and windows closed to contain the sound indoors.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Yes, our vacation rentals are pet-friendly. You're welcome to bring a pet for a fee of $200 per stay. More than 1 pet, please inquire.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

➣ We want for you and all your guests to enjoy everything the home has to offer, inside and out, but respectfully ask that no music is played outdoors in order to not disrupt our neighbors.

➣ Fireplaces - for your safety and the city license, fireplaces are for decoration only.

➣ Pool and spa heat is added upon request at an additional charge. Please inquire and let the Host know at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool and/or spa heat added to your reservation.

➣ We can accommodate your family and large groups up to possibly 20 people! Just ask. Extra fees may apply for groups and/or families over 12 people. Please inquire.
