You cannot beat this location if you want to take advantage of the amazing shops and restaurants and bakeries and ice cream stores - and the list goes on and on - in this lovely neighborhood. Perfect if you plan to be out and about and not cooped up in your room, though you have the convenience of a full kitchen as well. Lovely renovation in a beautiful old building.

Neighborhood was excellent with lots of walkable food options. The little grocery across the street is great, the bakery - fantastic. The space is very well appointed and configured nicely. I was quite comfortable. The host was responsive in communications and accommodated an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. The sofa bed… is a sofa bed. If you’re thinking it might be an issue this may not be the spot for you. I’d stay here again for sure the next time I’m in Richmond.

The studio was really clean and comfortable. The hosts were fantastic and very communicative. The neighborhood was really nice and safe with plenty of options for dining. The bakery across the street was fabulous.

Had a little trouble opening the door, but the host answered the phone right away and solve the problem. The location was excellent close to the restaurant and close to downtown.

Loved the location and being able to walk everywhere! Parking was readily available even during "happy hour" when we first got there :) Apartment was very clean.

Great quaint apartment

Great place and location. The pull out bed wasn’t the best but everything else about the stay was wonderful!

Amazing Spot

I love to walk and this was right in the middle of everything which made for amazing morning walks. Great amount of space and a real comfortable and homey feeling. Would absolutely stay again. Great place!

This rental was perfectly tucked in a historic and vibrant neighborhood. Close enough to the river and capital trail for my morning runs.

Great studio, excellent location

Beautiful, newly renovated studio apartment very close to everything and with restaurants, bakeries and pubs few steps away. The owner was very responsive and courteous. I loved my stay and will certainly return. I highly recommend this place!

Weekend Stay

Had everythint we could have needed. Was well-maintained and they made the process easy. Even included a bottle of wine, but we don't drink so we left it for the next visitors; though, the gesture was wonderful!

Cute, cozy spot in a great location.

Everything about renting this place was a breeze right from the start. Very prompt response from the moment I booked. Super easy instructions on check in. Very clean, cute studio in a great location. Would definitely recommend and stay again on future trips to Richmond.

AMAZING LOCATION!

This is by far the best location in Richmond, in my opinion. The property itself is fabulous! The sleeper sofa is wonderful. You walk outside and all around you are places to eat and shop. Church Hill historic district is by far etched in my heart after this stay.

Great stay

Emily was awesome in keeping communications with us. Our our outgoing flight was delayed by several hours, and Emily was able to accommodate us for an extra couple of hours so we didn't have to wait at the airport. Highly recommend!!!

Weekend Trip in Richmond

Great place. Super clean! Parking was no problem. Our family used 3 of the apartments on this hall in a beautifully renovated old building and it was fun to travel this way. Much better than a hotel but provided more privacy than renting a house.

Through our eyes

Great location for our visit as our family lives on Church Hill. The place is only set up for spending the night, not for day time hang out or dining in.

Hi Paul! Thanks for the words. This 250 sq/ft studio is small, but cleverly designed. It would be subjective regarding being able to enjoy a full day hangout, but there's no denying that's it's incredibly well priced :-) You should check out some of our larger one bedroom units if you're interested in booking with us again in the future. We would love another opportunity to host you (and hopefully wow you!).

Beautiful unit! Perfect for a Richmond stay!

Very cute unit. They made the very most of the space & it’s well decorated! It’s very cozy & has everything you need for your stay. The mattress topper is excellent. Highly recommend putting that on the bed!
