The property location is awesome. It is within two miles of everything. The restaurant choices are great. There is a lot about American history and culture to learn in Richmond plus you are two hours away from D.C.

Spacious with high ceilings. Comfortable bedroom and modern bathroom. The best feature was the handy location. Walked to many restaurants and entertainment venues - music, plays, galleries and museums. Accessible parking. We will be back.

Lovely apartment--cozy and comfortable with all the comforts we needed. Host was very responsive. Fun to walk the Broad Street shops. Walking distance to the Convention Center made our mornings less stressful. Affordable parking behind the building. We would definitely choose to stay here again if visiting Richmond.

Great location! Very comfortable!

Richmond has so much to offer! Museums, gardens, and delicious food!! We go at least once a year and this place was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to so many great places. Parking in Richmond is never fun so walking is a must!

Great place!!

I enjoyed my stay!! Great place and close to hospital. I am a traveling nurse and it was easy getting to the hospital on the free bus line. I found some great restaurants around the area and the owner answered my questions right away. Great experience!

Great space

Really enjoyed the rental. Convenient location to the capitol. Good restaurants within walking distance. Just be careful where you park. They tow vehicles in that part of town

Perfect location for my reason being in Richmond. Really enjoyed the arts district. There were many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Parking was convenient and affordable. I look forward to coming back to Richmond in the future and staying at this location if it is available

Great location and great apartment!

We were so happy with this place. Great location, walking distance to lots of cool shops and restaurants; close to major bus routes. Wheelchair accessible. The apartment was a dream with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and we even got extra detergent when we asked for some :) Warm and cozy, would book again!

Great location

This was a great location to everything Richmond! The unit was extremely clean and the ease of going in and out was very much appreciated. We parked our car Thursday and didn't have to get in it again until Sunday. If something wasn't within walking distance, it was easy to find an Uber. We'll definitely be back!

Great location. Very clean

We needed a late check in. Communication about this was excellent. Check in went smothly, handled by the very friendly Tommy The apartment was very clean. Beds and funiture comfotable. Many parking options conveyed clearly prior to check in. Will stay nhere next time.we are in Eichmond

Graduation Weekend Enjoyment

Location was exactly where we needed for our daughter’s VCU Brand Center Graduation so this was super convenient and our other grown daughter was able to stay with us keeping the cost reasonable. Also had convenient low cost city parking. The rental had everything we needed and sofa bed linens and pillows were right out of the package. Communication was excellent and the folks onsite could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!

Last minute adjustment

Location A+!!! Its literally in the middle of the art district, walking distance to alot of galleries and restaurants. First Friday was pretty cool especially because we knew nothing about it. All of our driving adventures were within 15min. Condo was cozy, neat and clean. All necessities were provided. The keyless entry is a great feature (no fumbling for keys/key cards)

Great Apartment!

The location is great for the convention center and the arts district. However, I would not choose to walk around much at night. The great thing is that the bus stop is VERY close. My apartment was right on the main road, and at night people were hanging out in front of the building talking and very loud cars would zoom by. This might be an issue for some. For me it was not as I travel with headphones and don't mind wearing them to sleep in. All in all, it was a great space. It was the same price as a local hotel, had three times as much space and a kitchen, and personally I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Easy walk to convention center

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay that was close to the convention center, and this listing fit the bill great. It was a less than 15 minute walk over fairly flat terrain to the convention center. Mark and Tommy, the hosts, were friendly, welcoming, and responsive to questions. We got a great and comprehensive overview of the building, entrances, and parking options.The apartment itself was clean and well-kept and updated. It was a comfortable space to stay. Overall, I felt like everything was well-represented in the listing, and we enjoyed our stay here. My only caveat to all this is that unfortunately it's not a good spot for light sleepers. The road noise was not just general traffic; there were cars and motorcycles revving and racing at all hours. One night there were people outside somewhere whooping and hollering until 3:45 am. The bedroom is separate from the living area, but it's not well soundproofed (though soundproofing between units seemed to be good), and there is a window between the bedroom and living area so that if anyone turns on a light, it lights up the bedroom as well. If you're not bothered by these things (or bring a white noise machine/eye mask), then this is still a great option. One other thing to note is that if you park in the back lot, as of this review, it requires you to wake up every morning at 6 am to re-up your parking fees. Still enjoyed our time and appreciate the accommodations!

False Advertising/POOR Host Communication Less than Truthful!

Extremely Disappointed! This property was not as advertised. I actually "unknowingly" met the host as I approached the property from the rear parking area, looking to find access. Although "Mark" did answer my general questions, he did not identify himself. After finding the front entrance and being shown the property by another employee, I was not impressed and I expressed an interest in speaking with the host. I was told he was "unavailable", evidently working on another unit! The unit I was to rent was dingy, unclean and the window shade fell off the window as I tried to raise it to see the view. I did not stay! Not until I emailed/text the host, the following day, did he reveal that it was he that I had briefly encountered in the back parking lot. My issue is this his deceitful nature and unwillingness to even talk to me as the host. I do not expect to get any financial restitutions! I am extremely disappointed and If I ever use VRBO again, I will much more thoroughly vet the property and the actions of the "host"! This has left a very bad taste in my mouth! Not a good rep for your industry!
