Perfect location, responsive hosts, clean place. We absolutely loved our stay and the amenities including the playa conchal reserva beach club! Super safe area too.

Nice place - Good Location

Very nice to be in the Westin Property and to be able to enjoy the Beach Club and amenities. Loved the hiking trails and beach. Thank you!

Lovely stay

Lovely stay. The place looks just like the pictures. The host is responsive. The beach is an 8-10 minute drive within a large and beautiful reserve, so if you do not have a car rental, I highly suggest a golfcart )

Can’t wait to come back!

The pictures are very true to how the place actually looks like. It was spacious, clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in was super convenient and Rentals by OCC was always very thoughtful and responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay - house was clean, lots of space, nice patio overlooking nature and drink your morning coffee. Only downside is that you have to drive to the beach access. Distance to/from beach is close but there is no shortcut but a big loop around which makes it too far too walk

Great Location

Super easy to get around if you rent a golf cart. Having beach club access, the ability to order groceries, and eat at other hotels for dinner was fun! The management company was extremely accommodating and very responsive. They made reservations for us and all!

Great location and amenities

Very secure, large gated community. There was a view of the Pacific from the patio. We were able to drive to the beach club in a few minutes and found parking each time. Great amenities at the beach club and a very nice, sandy calm beach. The unit was a great size for our family of four, lots of living space.

Our second time staying in the same Villa

Our second time staying in the same Villa (Bouganvilla 2102). Had everything needed to cook and enjoy the area. Just a small tip that there are no spicescondiments so bring someshop day 1 if cooking Has a Bbq which we loved as not everyone had one

This was a lovely condo and the Reserva Conchal amenities were wonderful. The kitchen is not well stocked with cooking supplies so trying to make meals was a bit challenging. Otherwise, it was perfect. The hosts were very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly.

Reserva Conchal Retreat - Amazing Guest Service

We stayed at Bourgainvillia for 5 nights with 6 people. The apartment was spacious enough for all of us. The property was very clean. The guest service throughout our stay was first class. We mostly communicated through what's up which is the easiest and fastest way to get answers to any questions we had. The apartment is close to the entrance of the Reserva Conchal, so the beach is a good 30 minutes walk. (3 km) We took the car and parked at the beach club each time we went. There is a shuttle bus available which we did not use. Although this is a resort area there was an abundance of wildlife such as birds, iguanas, and nose bears. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Creo que las unidades con numeración 1 en Bouganvillea no son muy buenas

Es más moderna que otras. Mejores jabones de baño y shampoos y acondicionadres. El equipamiento en general muy deficiente.

Exceletne opción para visitar la playa Conchal en familia.

Departamento en perfecto estado muy bien equipado y con acceso al club house en la orilla del mar. El departamento no tenía vista al mar, eso no se me indicó en el momento de la reserva.

Quiet resort retreat

The location of the property was great! Great space and amenities. The kitchen needs to be better equipped as items may have walked off but it was nice to have the option to cook. We also would have liked better instructions on how to utilize different rental options or use the adjoining hotel properties but the resort office was unmanned during our stay. Overall, it was a great getaway with our family at a beautiful resort and seemingly private pool close by. Howler monkeys in the trees by the beautiful beach was an amazing surprise too!

Very beautiful location, the shuttle service was easy to use and get us where wet going.

Love the condo, the wildlife outside our door and the hospitality from all people we came in contact with. Well certainly stay here again.
