We welcome guests of all color, race or nationality and want them to have an easy, relaxing and comfortable stay.
The space
Conveniently located close to the HWYs 5, 405, 73 in a serene and quiet neighborhood, the spacious, remodeled and upgraded one-story, 3 bedrooms/ 2 full bath house (one master bedroom with a queen size bed and two spacious beautiful bedrooms with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa-bed).

The living room with large TV, dining room with a fireplace combined with the kitchen, which is available for your use. It is fully stocked for home cooking;
Our backyard with a big gorgeous pool, fruit trees garden with birds, an outdoor full kitchen and grill for outdoor cooking is very quiet and private, It was made for relaxation, meditation and a quick escape from the noisy world.
Short term( 1-3-6 months)lease is available
Guest access
the entire house is available for guests;
the garage space is available for laundry ONLY for 1-6 months lease guests
We cover 2 BTU/ 25 kwt per day; any extra usage for heating a pool/spa will be guest's responsibility, based on the charges from the electrical and gas companies.
Long -term guests pay their own utilities. The compliance with SDGE warnings during hot days or hours to reduce the usage is mandatory.

Our house is NOT for parties, gatherings, celebrations;
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the house; the usage of marihuana is not allowed anywhere on the property: we kindly ask to look for different arrangements.
Booking this property is your agreement to follow the house rules and liability waivers, all will be available at the booking.
Please, note, that the bathroom/tub/ shower is European style without an additional wall and is a part of the
master bedroom.

Beautiful property Great Host!

We had a wonderful stay in Laguna with our three children. Ata and Tatiana were very responsive to our needs and check-in/check-out was simple and easy. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting on the patio. The location was perfect. We had plenty of space to work and wi fi was adequate for zoom calls.

Great location

Overall great experience - beautiful property with nice location. Spacious! The only downsides - pool turned on loud at 7 am & affected rooms on the far side of the house + the check-in/out dates were documented differently on app & within rule book causing some communication issues.

Loved the House

We needed a place to stay in the Irvine/Anaheim area. I didn't want a hotel because we like hanging out at the pool. This house had a beautiful backyard with a pool and jacuzzi. There were a lot of "house rules," which made me skeptical, but they were mostly common respect for other people's property. We loved the location, the house, and especially the pool.

This owner SUCKS

The owner of this property could CARE LESS about anything but her bank account! She gave false information (her "local property caretaker" phone number was wrong) and her total disregard for her guest's schedule or overall quality of stay was OBVIOUS! I've been utilizing VRBO's for over 5 years, I am a 'Five Star Rated Guest' and this was far and away my worst VRBO experience (and the property was very nice) - my distain 100% revolves around the unbelievably bad owner! On the day of my arrival, 2+ hours after "allowed check in" time (3:00 pm) I didn't have access to this property and spent 90 minutes on the VRBO Customer Support Help LIne - whom said "we will refund 100% of this itinerary"! This owner absolutely was the worst, and couldn't have cared less about the quality of her guest's experience!

Vacation in Laguna Hills

The property was nice but not how the pictures show, the house was hot, there was air but not cool enough as you could not adjust the air temp. The master bedroom had a European styled shower that was open with no doors and the curtains did not cover the whole window. The spa was tiny in comparison to most spas, it is not a jacuzzi. Tatiana the host was very helpful and nice, she greeted us when we checked in to make sure everything was in order. Overall I would not stay there again, too many rules and charges if you do not abide within the rules. I made sure everything was in order by taking pictures, measuring the PH balance of the pool and making sure that the grill was how we found it. Was not a fun environment considering all the rules, I get the rules but no sunscreen in the pool was a bit far. Read the conditions for this place if you plan on renting, again we still had a good time but not as fun having to make sure we were in line with all the rules.

Disappointing...Won't be renting here again

Good Location and spacious house. On the other hand... My team needed a place for 10 days for business. Pictures looked great as we had some very specific requirements (we were going to take some photos and needed a backdrop--this was all approved by the owner). Things that would be helpful for future travelers: -One Queen bed is a sleeper sofa, and not a comfortable one. This seems to have replaced the purple futon room, which looks nothing like that. -We thought 10 days would qualify as a long-term stay but were only granted laundry and garage access because the keyholder wouldn't work to get into the house. None of the codes they sent ahead of time would work so they were stuck outside for a while at check-in. -Owner's car was taking up entire driveway. When asked if it could be moved, they moved it to one half of driveway -Outdoor furniture covered in dirt & mold -Grill covered in ants and not in great condition -You are not allowed to touch the piano that is in pictures. -Small notes: there is a clock in the kitchen that plays a song every hour, even at night. There is also a very loud chime whenever someone walks past the front door. Specific to us, we became fairly confident early on that we would be charged for something after the fact. You are sent pages of house rules that mention all the extra things they can charge you for. Once my team arrived, they were told that they would be charged for all the utilities during their stay. Since they were not told this prior to arrival, they said they would not be paying them. Since our team was a group of filmmakers, they took pictures of everything when they arrived and left so they could not be charged for any excess cleaning or damage. We still got charged for a broken garbage disposal. Called the house manager a few days after arrival that the disposal stopped working. She said it was working before, which was true, but then it broke. Owner said they overflowed it with "coffee, eggs shells, soil" which they did not. As people who have had disposals for years, they know you have to put a heck of a lot of junk into a disposal in three days in order to completely clog and break it. We paid for the insurance which covered the cost of repair but were still charged $130 for "additional cleaning and extra time for the house manager, dealing with the emergency." As much as they tried, they still couldn't avoid the inevitable upcharges this owner relies on.

Overpriced for what you get

This place was a decent property in a good location, not too far from OC airport and not too far from the beaches. We wanted a house with a pool and outdoor grill, also, to be able to just lounge around the house for most of the days so this property served its purpose for us. But for what you get, this property is too over priced. The owners fee were outrageous(administrative fee $345, cleaning fee, and $100 per guest fee). All of those on top of the Vrbo service fee and a "refundable $800 deposit" contingent on if you follow the very strict house rules. We ended up getting damage insurance b/c her house rules stated thousands of dollar of charges if things were to get damage (floor, countertop, piano, stains), it was all sorts of DO NOTS and NOT ALLOWED bullet points. We were super careful with every thing and she still charged us for not having the grill in pristine condition when we left. Ants swarmed this place, the futon bed was just a thin mattress resulting in a very uncomfortable bed. The master bath is kind of awkward with no door and no shower curtain, so you could only take baths or shower sitting down to prevent water splashing everywhere. Overall, this placed served its purpose for us, we had a good time, but we always had to be on edge about everything to make sure owner would be satisfied after we left. So for the price and peace of mind, this place was not the perfect place for us.
