Situated on a quiet residential street in the beautiful seaside village of Valledoria, Villa Neni is just 1km from one of northern Sardinia's best beaches - San Pietro a Mare - and boasts a private swimming pool and small back garden.

There is luxury modern décor throughout and the villa is bright and cool in the summer time, and also benefits from air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.

There are 2 bedrooms; 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room bedroom (which can be made into a double).

The Villa can be rented for a maximum of 8 beds, as there is an Annex attached to the Villa with a double bed, double sofa bed and bathroom.
Both bedrooms have access to the small back garden and there is 1 family bright and airy bathroom with luxury modern fittings.

From the living/kitchen area, French doors lead to the sheltered terrace and outdoor seating area which is perfect for meal times and enjoying the delicious Sardinian food.

From the terrace and outdoor eating area the swimming pool is just a few steps away.

The newly fitted modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine and toaster, internet Wi-Fi. There is also a utility area with washing machine.

A short walk into town you will find many shops, including fresh food and mini-supermarkets, wonderful restaurants and cafes, some local bars and offers of activities for all ages.
You can reach the near beach and shops with our BIKE , included in the house’s facilities.

The surrounding area offers fantastic opportunities to explore with some wonderful nature walks, incredible beaches and historic sites.
