Wonderful home for a big group. We had such a great time, enjoying Pine avenue, close to the beach and great neighborhood for walking our dog. Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great and the house was clean and comfortable. It came with so many extra amenities such as kayaks, fishing poles, life jackets, kids pool toys, beach chairs/wagons that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place all the way around! Great area of the island and short walk to beautiful beach! Loved the stay and would stay again! Only hope is that they fix the locks on bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs for other guests...none worked. The dryer also destroyed some bathing suits and shirts...all polyester. With those fixed it is a 5!

We enjoyed the property. It had it all—the canal, the pool, and all within walking distance of shops and beach.

Location was excellent. Walked to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well.Pool used constantly by our grandkids and some adults.

The house was exactly as it was described and photographed. The location is a perfect mix of shops, restaurants, sunrise and sunsets. All questions and requests were answered quickly with great communication.

We enjoyed our stay at Paradise on Pine immensely! The house was beautiful and in the most perfect location. Felt private with the canal in the backyard but also right in the middle of quaint Pine Avenue where there are the most amazing shops and restaurants. Also, the owners included NYE decorations and had other details that really made it feel so special! Thank you AMI Locals for a wonderful week!

We truly enjoyed our stay, perfect location and great home. One thing I’d say that I still have a hard time understanding, that I think guests should know; I was surprised to receive word a day before traveling that there would be a “starter kit” of supplies provided: 2 rolls of paper towel per bathroom, literally ONE roll of kitchen paper towels, 1 dishwasher pod, and 1 extra garbage bag. To spend what we did for a few days and be told the day before arrival that you will need to go get additional supplies that you undoubtably will need more of, that didn’t sit right with me as a seasoned short term rental investor myself. I’ll need to go buy a 12 pack of paper towels, garbage bags, dish pods, only to end up leaving a bunch behind to service the next two groups of guests?! Doesn’t make sense. Plus having 2 bathroom towels in the master; I think that fails to understand the simple fact that most women shower and use one towel around their body and one around their head to dry. Thus leaving the male with none. Simple things go a LONG way and I have seen the praise when “going the extra mile”. I did voice my issue about the above prior to arrival and they did leave extra supplies that I requested. Little things id ask for when booking. Costs a few more bucks, heck even charge me a “supplies fee”.

Very cute and comfortable

Great house, location, well appointed. We really loved it. The kayaks and paddle boards were really fun. Manatees in the back yard were amazing.

Highly recommend Paradise in Pine!

One of our BEST yet!

This home on the water was perfect for us! Beautiful home, beautiful pool, beautiful view, ready access to all the places we visit on the north end of the island, where we prefer to stay. We had an absolutely wonderful time.

Trip of a Lifetime

This place was just a described and was absolutely beautiful. Loved the location to all the local shops and yet in the back you had the privacy and relaxation of the pool and the canal. We will definitely be back:)

My Birthday

Location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. You can see sunrises and sunsets, it was great! King size comfy beds for all adults! Would definitely recommend this home.

Perfect Location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house which is located right in the hustle bustle of Pine St. If you like walking across the street for a treat, drink or to pick up food, and easily walking to tons of shopping, you'll love this amazing house. I know we did!
