Overall was a great experience, having pool and beachfront access! Location great to be able to access easily Sullivan’s Island, Mt. Pleasant, and Charleston!

Annual large family trip. First time booking here. Was an excellent choice. The pool was great for the grandkids, but the adults ended up loving it too. All amenities were excellent. Definitely the cleanest rental we have had. Can’t think of anything any of us would change about our visit. Will be booking here again. Thank you

We absolutely loved this house! The inside is beautiful with a spacious common area and we loved how the rooms were set up —all one one level but the two wings provided a lot of privacy for our dual family group. The pool was fantastic and we loved that there was a bathroom and an extra fridge just steps away on the ground level. The beach is just steps away and the walkway is great, with wildflowers blooming on each side. We also liked how private it felt but also close to town, restaurants and stores. We definitely hope to return!

Beautiful view of the ocean.... house has perfect layout! This is one of my favorite houses that I have rented in the Charleston area! Great areas for people to visit!!!!

Great spring break vacation spot
Wonderful access directly to the beach with close proximity to Charleston for historic places and things to see. A great family vacation spot!

Great Value
Amazing location and cannot beat the beachfront property. Had everything we needed and was perfect to accommodate our group of 15.

Great beachfront location
A great house for family gathering on a quiet part of the beach. The place is a bit tired and could use upgrades, but the private pool is a bonus!

Beautiful seen
It was the most beautiful peaceful location. I was so pleased with the house and the cleanliness of it. More space that we needed and felt like home away from home.

Great location and great space
We had a group of 7 adults and 6 kids from 12 years to 6 months. There was room for everyone, and the house was comfortable, clean and in good repair inside, with updated bathrooms and kitchens. The outside was showing some wear but all was clean and functional. Easy walk to the beach and having the pool was a real plus!!

Because of weather we did not use pool. It was very dirty on the bottom.The pictures had to been taken quite a while ago.The home is very dated. Needs a faceliftOutside property needs a spring clean up for sure.

Nice property
We had a group of 13 and the house fit our needs. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pot & pans. The grandkids loved the pool. While it was a little farther from the beach than other houses we’ve stayed in, the boardwalk made it easy to access. If we come back to IOP we would stay there agai.

Thank you for your feedback. We provided pest control services during your stay, and addressed the issues with the damaged items. It is worth noting that upon departure the home was left in deplorable condition, with trash, clothes, and food left scattered. Its is recommended by local pest control agencies to keep items like food and trash contained properly in the kitchen to avoid sugar ants.

Great location terrible cleanliness
Great location but had large roaches in a couple of places which is completely unacceptable for a property like this. Will never go back to this property again.

All of our homes are required to have quarterly pest control to help prevent unwanted pests from entering the home - which can be a daunting task on a semi-tropical island - there are some cases where a few pests still get through the barrier. 50th Birthday Bash for Dale
Great place to celebrate any event for large group. Located on beach; pool nice but putting green could use some TLC. Saw coyotes and large snake on our boardwalk to beach. Elevator not working which was bad for 2 elderlies, otherwise no real complaints.

Fabulous stay on the beach!
I stayed at The Sunchaser vacation home with 9 other women. We were there celebrating many years of friendship and 3 recent retirements. The location of the home is perfect and the house was very roomy for the 10 of us.
What impressed me the most was the personalized customer service that we received. They were extremely helpful when we had an emergency situation arise. The on-going communication regarding check-in and check-out procedures was direct and timely.
I would definitely recommend this vacation home!

Would like to live here!
Really liked everything about the house. Will be back! Only thing I would like to see is a pool net. Couldn't believe there was not one. Hard to get the lizard out of the pool with a net. Other than that little item all was great.

Beautiful views with plenty of beds.
We stayed with a total of 3 families and had plenty of room. The kitchen is open and we enjoyed cooking most nights while other family members sat at the bar or large table near by. The pool is a good size with a little shade in the late afternoon which made a nice change after the beach all day. We used a large cooler for beverages since there is only one refrigerator but there is a great ice machine which allowed us to keep it full without having to run to store for ice. Lots of couches for everyone to have a place to sit. AC was good at cooling but had to bump down a bit to keep bedrooms cool at night. Second time staying at this property and would do it again.

We loved this property and I would’ve given it a full five star review except that they had workers come and demolish a gate in the backyard and install a new one while we were there which took two days of our being able to use the pool. There was no warning that they would be there.
