House was as advertised! We had a big group of children, teens and adults. There are 4 full gathering/seating areas which allowed groups with similar interests and schedules to congregate without disturbing the other groups. Also, for the times we were all together there was plenty of room on the 2nd floor and poolside for the entire group to gather. We've been going to IOP for about 10 years, and this was our favorite property to date. We will be back!

The yellow pearl was awesome

Location to the beach was good and proximity to restaurants and Charleston was good had a great time.

March 2022 Family Wedding

The house was perfect for extended family in town for a wedding. Plenty of room and convenient location to shopping, dining and bars. Would definitely stay again.

The Pearl is a beautiful house. The set up with three sitting areas to coincide with sleeping areas was great. There were 17 of us with 7 between 15 and 21 yrs. They took over the upper floor and loved their privacy. We had a problem one day and it was quickly addressed by the management. We had a memorable vacation. One thought: come in spring or fall because IOP was very HOT in July!

Great Location Close to Beach

The best part about the house is the location to Isle of Palms beach. Overall, the house is in pretty good shape. There's plenty of space with a living area and porch plus bedrooms on each floor. The furniture throughout is generally fine. Beds are comfortable. The property management was very helpful. The outdoor pool is average; that area needs better furniture.

Fantastic stay in a wonderful beach house

My wife and i had high hopes for our family's weeklong stay at the Yellow Pearl, and they were surpassed on all accounts. We were all amazed at the size and capabilities of the property, and could not imagine a more perfect house for our seven adults and grandson. The house was immaculate upon our arrival, and the location in Isle of Palms was perfect. The bedrooms layout made all four families/ couples very comfortable and allowed the space and privacy which is priceless in family gatherings. Our children have already informed us that we will be returning to the Yellow Pearl quite often in the future. We feel very lucky to have found this exceptional beach property

The Yellow Pearl was a Pearl!

Great property with plenty of room to house three related families such that everyone could have their own space if needed. Plenty of bedrooms almost all with separate bathrooms. Porches and the pool were great amenities. An easy block to the beach. Property manager was attentive to our needs. Only negative, very minor, were ripped screens to the porches on the second level and the front porch needs a new paint job and staining. Did not detract from the vacation at all. Would highly recommend the place.

Fantastic and Memorable Week at the White Pearl

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our recent vacation at your property. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and generously sized to accommodate our large group of 10 adults and 8 children. We were particularly impressed by the home's exceptional level of preparedness-loads of pool and beach toys available to use as well as a baby high chair. The coffee nook in the pantry and the flat top grill in the garage were unexpected yet delightful touches. The detached garage/kitchen arrangement was convenient, and the short five-minute walk to the beach was ideal. Returning to the property each day to relax by the wonderful pool was the perfect end to our beach outings. The hosts were communicative and accommodating, even granting us an extra hour to check out due to the challenges of packing with young children. The only minor suggestion would be to increase the supply of kitchen towels. We would not hesitate to book the White Pearl again for a unforgettable beach holiday. Thank you!

Overall great experience. Little things would help the overall experience. furniture was a bit beat up. Windows are dirty. Deck needs painting. Could use more and better quality towels. upstairs dryer broken. no trash cans on third floor. need to upgrade pillows. bath mats outside master bath because of slippery floor when wet. kitchen needs recycle bin and cutting boards and covered pyrex casserole dishes. Some beds are missing mattress pads

Great House - Crazy Neighbor

The stay at this property was perfect except for one detail - the next door neighbor is a lunatic. Acts like he was the mayor of Isle of Palms, called the police on us for playing music (it was not very loud) outside by the pool around 5pm. The police said they get endless calls from him and he is just a crazy guy. We even talked to him with the police officer so we could establish a connection if we are ever being to loud and he quote said “I don’t care about your stay, if I hear ANYTHING I’m calling the police”. Fortunately, the police told him they would cite him for wasting their time with the endless calls and we’re on our side. This being said the property was amazing - I just would not rent this property unless you are with a quiet family that doesn’t mind being silent.

The house was fantastic. Large enough for our family of 14. Several sitting areas for different activity styles. And decks galore! The only thing bad was by Thursday, the a/c in the upper floor with two bedrooms stopped working. The first night was not too bad, but by Friday night a number of people swapped bedrooms with teens and someone who shared her room with a grandchild. Those giving up their rooms slept on the sofas on the first and second floors. We didn't call because at that point we were leaving. however, we did call on our way out to let them know about the a/c problem.On another topic, the Sweetgrass group was fantastic. Kyle came in immediately to hook up the tv and also came immediately when we had issues with the dish washers. Very nice, knowledgeable young man. Also after we left the house today, a grand daughter called to say she was in Charleston before going to the airport and realized she had left her purse in the house. I called the office. Within 15 minutes I heard back. The manager had found it and had taken it back to the office. However when I told him my grand daughter and her family were going back to the house the manager met them with her purse. Customer service that is definitely not normal these days. I don't have photos since all of us were taking pictures and we'll combine them, but the stay was fantastic. All family members fromSouth Carolina, Massachusetts and Colorado LOVED our week at the beach.Thank you.

We had a multi-generation family gathering (13-83) and everyone was more than satisfied! The decor was appealing in every space, the kitchen was fantastic, the location was perfect.Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at The Pearl. The location was excellent, with beach access just across the street and a community center with a playground only steps away. Our family of 20 was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated that every bedroom had its own private bathroom.While the kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, and flatware, it was lacking many of the accessories needed for cooking and food storage. We were also surprised that none of the typical vacation essentials were provided, such as trash bags, salt and pepper, bottled water, beach towels, basic toiletries, beach chairs, or a pack-and-play. It was missing the thoughtful touches and attention to detail that we’ve often come to expect from privately owned homes rather than company-managed properties, and we generally prefer the added personal communication ease and details that come with private ownership.

Wonderful stay

Property is in a great location. Plenty of room for family. Had some issues with the cleanliness on check in but property management was attentive.

Good experience!

Overall great experience, good location and plenty of space. The pool area leaves some room around cleanliness and would’ve preferred if the pool could be heated..

Amazing time at the Yellow Pearl!!

Visited the Isle of Palms for Labor Day Weekend with some friends. We had an amazing time. The check-in process was easy, all of the information was in an email. The house was clean and beautiful. Such a fun environment for a long weekend. Couldn't recommend more.

The place was amazing. The proximity to the beach was ideal, with an access path directly across the street. Close to restaurants. Everyone had a fabulous time, we'd definitely book here again!
