Welcome to the Modern Vintage! This bright & warm century home ties in character with modern luxury. This beautiful accommodation is cared for, furnished and maintained with integrity as it is a personal home that is being shared with guests. You will have the whole house to yourselves during your stay! Certain areas that house my belongings or are fragile will be marked off.

In a quiet residential area, this place is ideal for those that would like a spacious, clean and relaxing place to stay while they explore Niagara Falls. Clifton Hills ~ 25 min walk. Some walk to the Falls! If you're with family, a short drive or Uber away! Tip: There's an evening shuttle between the 2 Casinos.

My house has some vintage pieces mixed in with modern furnishes/technology. You will have Netflix and Chromecast for your enjoyment on the TVs. The 2 basement suites of my home to allow you to visit with more of your family and friends!

Relax comfortably with your group as the house comes with 4.5 bathrooms, and completely private/separate basement suites!

Prime location close to all attractions - 5 minutes drive to Clifton Hill, Casino & Falls!

Easy access to Hwy 420 & QEW.

Excellent Home & Host

Riz is wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. Check-in process was seamless and the house was clean and comfortable. Nice location being near some pubs and a short Uber to the falls. Definitely recommend this spot!

Perfect house

Very comfortable clean house. We were a part of five adults and one child - spacious accommodation and having five bathrooms was a massive bonus , particularly on the wedding day . Riz, host, was also excellent in keeping us updated

Fantastic Stay in Niagara

We stayed at this property in Niagara over Labour Day weekend. The house was perfect for our needs! We travelled with 4 couples and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is quite deceiving- it is much larger than it appears from the outside. Communication with the property owner throughout the stay was superb- she was always available by text. A short 5-10 min drive to all the action of Clifton Hill/Niagara Falls. Definitely would stay here again when in the area! Thank you so much!!!!

Overall a satisfactory stay

The check-in process was easy and communication with the host was very good. The place was clean and well kept. Although the furnishings were old and not very comfortable. The beds were uncomfortable and felt like the mattress was wrapped in plastic. The spring mattress was old. The washrooms were clean and well kept. The basement suites were stuffy and needed a fire or emergency escape plan. The location is in a residential area, which is acceptable. Overall a pleasant experience.

Wow!

What an amazing home. Highly recommend for anything that needs space to enjoy and have some privacy at the same. Riz is an amazing and accommodating host. I had a last minute meeting at 3 pm and she generously allowed me to come before check in.

Good choice

We had a family golf tournament for 10 guys. This house was very clean and we never felt on top of each other. The only thing we would have liked was a bigger TV in the family room. I would definetly stay at this house again.

A wonderful convenient location for all families

We had a wonder stay at Ritz’s. it is located at a convenient location close to Clifton hill groceries and other shops. It is also about 20 mins drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake The house itself is clean, quite roomy and fit 11 people with room to spare. Every room is well equipped for comfort. Ritz herself is easily reachable and she really tries to make her guest feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend Ritz’s place if you are visiting Niagara region.

While my accommodations offer private rooms/housing, do let me know if you have any questions!

So far, I've travelled to Peru, Iceland, Spain, Thailand, and most recently Madasgascar. I love to eat and try new things, whether it's edible or not! I am on the road a lot for work, but we may cross paths and can arrange to say 'hello' if you let me know in advance. I also have travelled for work before, so if you're in town for work, I'd love to learn more and hope to host you. My family and I enjoy this home very much, and are constantly adding special touches. I'm happy to share with you!

There are so many great things to do in Niagara, and I'm sure a restful sleep in a pleasant accommodation after a long day is what you want.
