Perfect weather. Perfect time of year. Perfect place. So peaceful to sit on the uncrowded beach or on the screened balcony and listen to the ocean. Great time with great friends.

Location was great. Very close to the beach and the pool was very nice! The rental could use some updating in terms of furniture and bathrooms. The place did not feel very clean (beds and furniture were sandy. Found kids toys under the couch. One of the counters was not wiped clean) and the air conditioner did not seem efficient at times. It also smelled a little musty. The space is small but efficient. The host was very kind and was willing to help with anything.

This condo is really nice. It is completely as described and a wonderful place to stay. The elevator makes loading a breeze and the beach access is very easy. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we come to Atlantic Beach
