The drive was a challenge every day, especially with a very large vehicle. However, that’s the price to be paid in order to get views like that, which were incredible.

Views and the vicinity, this is the place

Great views! Suzanne and Wayne warned us that people come here planning to explore, but end up staying in the cabin just for the views, and they were absolutely right. Beyond the stunning scenery, everything inside and outside the cabin is top-notch. The amenities and facilities are thoughtfully provided, with great attention to detail. The location is also a big plus, with Gatlinburg just a 15-minute drive away. If you’re in the area, definitely give this place a try. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!

Very clean cabin, at the end of the road and an amazing view of the mountains and sunset. Nice hot tub and Jacuzzi tub. Great little kitchen setup.

Best place to stay in Gatlinburg!

Lovely, comfortable home with beautiful views of the mountains and sunsets and an occasional bear and rabbits. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Those sunsets out there really do their thing, especially when you catch them after a full day out. Sounds like you got a little bit of everything too with the views and the wildlife around—always something moving through up there. Glad the place felt comfortable and easy to settle into. Unbelievable views, so nice and refreshinl to see and experience from the top the majestic views God enabled your home to provide us. We wish we had longer to linger / lounge on the balcony and hot tub but we loved every minute of our time.

A secret gem

Great place. Spectacular views. Absolutely a win. You can see the fireworks from Dollywood at night. Quiet, secluded. You won’t be disappointed.

Great vaca spot

Perfect getaway in the mountains. Loved the drive up each night. We’d go down in the morning to all the great things around and come up when we were done for the day to enjoy the hot tub and relax with the best views! Accommodated a family Of 5 perfectly!

Beautiful view of mountains up close, and town in the distance. Perfect for watching the sunset. House was exactly as pictured. Would stay there again.

Best place by far!!

This house is incredible. It’s at the top of the hill. It is quiet and peaceful. You can see the Smokey mountains from the back deck. There’s a pool and jacuzzi. The house is in a cul-de-sac so it’s easy to turn around. My family enjoyed this house very much and we will definitely return! Highly recommended!!

Being up there at the top with that view and a little peace and quiet is hard to beat. Sounds like you all got to enjoy the deck and hot tub the way it’s meant to be used. That cul-de-sac setup makes it a lot easier getting in and out too, which people don’t always expect on the mountain. We’d be glad to have you back anytime at Roaring Bear Cabins.

Beautiful location and neighborhood. House was well-furnished. Clean. Some interior and exterior updates/maintenance will be needed in the near future to retain high rankings. Exterior pictures posted need updating.Slight delay with check-in, as instructions dropped into junk email.We would stay here again and would recommend the place to friends and family.
