Smoky Mountain Memories: Stunning Mountain Views + Indoor Pool & Spa

Welcome to Smoky Mountain Memories, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo perched high above downtown Gatlinburg in the scenic Summit of Gatlinburg community. With two private balconies, you’ll have front-row seats to breathtaking mountain views—catch the sunrise with your morning coffee and unwind at sunset with a glass of wine.

This top-floor (3rd) unit sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom (perfect for kids or friends), and a cozy queen bed in the loft. The condo also features a functional wood-burning fireplace (wood available seasonally for purchase at the clubhouse), a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a dining table that seats six. Private Spectrum WiFi ensures a strong connection throughout your stay.

The Summit offers fantastic amenities just a short walk from your door, including a brand-new indoor pool and hot tubs, a seasonal outdoor pool, playground, game room, coin-operated laundry, and picnic area with charcoal grills.

Getting here is easy on well-paved, well-maintained roads. You can drive straight into downtown Gatlinburg or take the bypass to Pigeon Forge to skip the traffic. (Please note: while the roads are in great condition, the drive to the top includes some winding mountain curves.)

Important to know: This is a top-floor unit with no elevator, which may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns

We have stayed with the host for a couple years in a different location. We decided to mix it up this year and try this place. Everything was perfect and very clean! The host is so easy to work with and communicates clearly. Checkin and checkout are really easy, which is a huge bonus. It is nice to be close to everything but still far enough away to have peaceful surroundings. We already can't wait to go again!

We keep coming back to this condo. Angela is always quick to respond to any question you may have. The condo is just like the pictures. It has everything we need for a week away and a hopping spot to and from so many places in the park.

Very clean and nicely decorated condo. We saw a bear twice in the parking lot and saw and heard coyotes. The views from the balcony was breathtaking. Location was convenient to gatlinburg and pigeon forge

We had a college roommate reunion and thoroughly enjoyed Smoky Mountain Memories. With 3 women, we each had our own room, which was nice. The views from the condo are spectacular, and we enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. It was nice to have access to the pool and hot tub after a day on our feet exploring the area. The beds are very soft. We found the keyless entry system to be a little temperamental, but it worked. While you have to drive winding roads to the top of the mountain, the location is still quite convenient to Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and Pigeon Forge. I would stay here again if I came back to the area.

Amazing Views and Bears!

This was a great place to stay. The location was was great, pretty close to GSMNP and Gatlinburg. We had some amazing mountain views. We saw bears several times on the property and in the area, including a mother and 3 cubs (just off the property).

Weekend Getaway

This house was so beautiful and clean. The view was absolutely amazing. The kitchen was stocked so nicely with all the appliances you would need, and quick snacks to eat. We would definitely love to stay there again.

This property was exceptional! It is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The views are unbelievable from both balconies. We have 3 boys and everyone slept comfortably. Smoky Mountain Memories stay

Great stay in this beautiful location. We got to see bears and beautiful scenery. the owners, Angela, were great. We had a small glitch and they were very accommodating. On top of it, my wife left her ring there and they worked with the cleaners to get it sent to us. I don't write many reviews, but this one was worth it. if you're looking for a wonderful place in the mountains to see beautiful scenery, bears, and wildlife, this is a magnificent place to be. Thanks Angela for everything!

We had a fabulous vacation and enjoyed the condo. The beds were so comfortable!The only suggestion i would give would be offer a few more hot pads and kitchen towels. We saw several black bears and enjoyed watching them. We even saw a momma bear and 3 cubs.

Wonderful Condo for Families!

This condo was perfect for two families. My seven-year-old son was thrilled to have his own bed, and the twin room was absolutely adorable. The views from the balconies were stunning. we loved sitting out each morning with our coffee, soaking in the beautiful mountain scenery. We even saw bears on our way up the mountain, which was such a cool experience! The location was ideal—super convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Overall, a fantastic stay in a perfect spot!

Cozy condo with incredible views

The condo was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for our family vacation to the Smokies. We view from the deck is incredible! We loved that the deck is covered, so we could even enjoy the view on rainy days. We would stay here again!

Condo with a View!

This property was as described, and it suited our needs well. We selected it for the location, view, and the hope that we might see bears from the balcony. We loved being close to Gatlinburg but not in Gatlinburg. Taking the windy roads up the mountain to get to the condo felt like an adventure! Sadly, we saw no bears. The view was amazing though, especially during the day. Sunrise and sunset both are partially obstructed from the balconies. Another major pro for us was how comfortable all the beds were. The kids in particular also really liked the spiral staircase to the loft. Cons include a streetlight outside the master bedroom that flickered all night (probably an easy fix with a phone call to the right person, which we did not attempt) and scaffolding/construction going up on the condo building with debris littering the grounds (perhaps one reason there were no bears). A spare throw blanket or two would be a great addition; we borrowed some from my aunt. Thanks for the memories!

We are from the Middle TN area and have loved visiting Gatlinburg for years! We purchased this condo July 2021 and have completely updated it. This is our second condo, both are in the Summit of Gatlinburg complex. We plan on spending a lot of time here enjoying the Smoky Mountains and making family memories.

Like our first unit, the views are amazing! We love Summit Condos and all the amenities. This is a corner unit, so it has a lot of windows and 2 separate balconies to take in all the glory of the Smokies.
