My stay was wonderful. It was perfect for week stay. The location is close to Anna Maria Island. There are two restaurants and two pools on the property. The unit was clean, with everything you need. The view from the Lanai was beautiful.

Beautiful condo

This has been one of our favorite vacation rentals! Great location, updated and stylish interior, quiet, and beautiful views of the water and mangroves. We were directly across from the community pool, and in walking distance is the marina, ships store and hotel bar/waterfront restaurant. Perfect stay and experience!

As advertised. Excellent value. My only issue is that the hot water smelled like sulfur (rotten eggs) when we first arrived. We were instructed to run the hot water in the tub for 20 minutes, which did not resolve it. After almost an hour the smell faded. it seemed that perhaps the unit had not been used for a while so the water in the hot water tank had been sitting. It was handled promptly but that’s an awful way to begin a stay, especially considering that there is a management company and cleaning service that could have caught the issue before we arrived. The property is lovely and with excellent reviews so i imagine my experience was an aberration. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Tranquility

Beautiful condo. Very comfortable and stocked with everything you could need for the beach. Views of the water while you cook dinner or enjoy drinks on the screened in porch.

We noted your feedback about the shower holding water which caused the mildew. With this being a brand new property it seems that the grout has not been sealed. This issue was already addressed and we look forward to not having any issues again! We hope you come back and visit us again soon!

Lovely

The condo is awesome! Only negative i could give is the pool has about 10 chairs which is a bit ridiculous considering there are about 6 or 7 bldgs of @10 condos each. Other than that its a fantastic place!

Spring Break Getaway

This is the 2nd time my family and I have stayed on this property and even in this same building, but 1st time in this unit. We enjoyed the sunset views on the sound from this unit and if you're not staying oceanfront it really is a great option.The place was clean and spacious for my family. When we stayed here last year, we were able to walk around the entire community and my husband and I enjoyed that. Our access card did not provide that amenity this year and that was my biggest disappointment. We would stay here again.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Holmes Beach Retreat. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the beaches on AMI and close to more complete services in Bradenton if you should need them. The condo is spacious and comfortably furnished, with a lovely lanai from which we watched pelicans, roseate spoonbills, and egrets. The layout of the condo is very nice as well, with the master bedroom off the main living area and the other two bedrooms off a separate hall. And since there are no beach chair rentals on the AMI beaches it is really convenient that the condo’s storage unit next to the assigned parking spot has beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach accessories for you to use.

Anna Maria Island

This property was amazing to stay in. It was beautiful. Lanai was so relaxing and the furniture was very comfortable. Plenty of room even with a table that would seat 6. Nice open space inside. Two of the bedrooms had king beds which is a must for us. The 3rd bedroom had bunk beds. Great for a large family. Pool wasn't crowded. However, the pool was much too small for this complex. I imagine in the summer it's very crowded and you would have a hard time finding a place to sit. Plenty of umbrellas to stay out of the sun if you wanted too. Great location. We will definitely go back there again. The property managers were amazing to work with.

Has it All!

Awesome location for walking and riding bikes to multiple preserves, sanctuaries as well as Anna Maria Island. Fantastic views from the lanai. Amenities along with on site restaurant makes the stay a 10!
