5-Star Review without hesitation! The property & hosts far exceeded expectations! Everything was perfect from the spotless accommodations, to the beautiful furnishings, and super comfy bed. What was spectacular was the gorgeous views of the water. I specifically selected this particular unit because of the great reviews and another review mentioned the views. The sunsets were absolutely stunning. Also, I loved the area because it was not crazy yet it is only a quick 1 mile hop-skip & a jump to fun-filled Anna Maria Island. The hosts are GREAT and if we had questions they were extremely responsive. We will be back and for live ger next visit.

Great family condo!

The condo was great for the entire family! The pool and grill area were within a short walk. Very close to the stores and public beach areas.

We loved our stay and hated to leave. It was the perfect spot to get away while still being only minutes to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and all the local shops and places to eat. From the moment we walked in and looked out at the water we felt relaxed. We found we spent most of our time on the screened lanai watching the wildlife and enjoying the breeze. Communication with Brian was great and check in was a easy. We will definitely be back. Take time to enjoy the beautiful sunset at one of the beaches each night! Couple suggestions for places to eat: North Shore Cafe - Wonderful coffee and great selection on hot and cold tea. Enjoy sitting out back overlooking the canal and simply relax. Lots of shops up and down this street so enjoy a nice walk and explore. Ginny's & Jane E's Cafe and Gift Store - great relaxed lunch spot. Get the cinnamon role (HUGE). We took it back and enjoyed over a couple days warned up. Sandbar - get there early to get a seat outside overlooking the water or enjoy their indoor area. Mar-Vista Dockside Restaurant- A short 15 min drive to the north end of Long Boat Key and worth it! Sit under the Button tree canopy while looking out at the water. The food was wonderful. I had the Jalapeno Glazed Grouper and would highly recommend. Ending with the Key Lime pie followed by watching the sunset on Coquina Beach made for a perfect evening.

Family getaway

This is our second time staying at this property and have enjoyed it both times. We absolutely love the location as it is close to everything. Such a beautiful property!

Great trip! Condo was clean and in a great location. Easy to get to beach but still feel away from the crowds! Loved walking in preserves close by!

Sunset Retreat

The screened-in porch became our hub -- morning coffee, reading, cocktail hour and sunsets over Anna Maria Island. All was clean and well appointed with comfy beds, beach towels and beach chairs. Great spot!

Perfect Family Vacation spot!

We were comfortable and in heaven at this beautiful, new condo. The view is amazing and location is prime with walking access to the pier. Easy access to the island! Host Brian was helpful and made check in so easy. I recommend Coastline for snorkeling excursion to Egmont Key and Kayaking with AMI paddleboards. We will be back!

Amazing Property

My family and I just had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property!! The condo is just charming and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watch the boats go by. Also loved watching the sunset! So close to AMI just over the bridge….We will definitely stay here again.

Paradise just off AMI

Updated clean condo. Beautiful view of sunset and AMI sound. Great for birdwatching too. We loved the proximity to all the beaches. Hope to book again soon. Friendly, gracious and responsive host.

Incomparable Location

We love the location. Convenient to the island without the congestion. The view from the porch is one of our favorite parts of the stay. A great sunset from your porch. The washing machine broke down but Brian jumped in so that it wasn’t a problem for us. Thank you, Brian!

Absolutely the best Condo in Bradenton

Beautiful, clean and quiet Condo. The location is perfect, views are gorgeous, nicely furnished including kitchen. The pool was perfect. Grills were great for cooking. We loved calling this our home for the week. The Host, Brian was great and responded to our inquiries in an extremely timely manner. This was definitely one of those places we hated to leave and look forward to renting again.
