This Gulf Shores Vacation Rental was recently purchased and renamed 'Sara's Saving Grace', formally known as "Julia's by the Sea". This one story, three bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house is a relaxing retreat from your every day life. Conveniently located on a large corner lot, across the street from the Martinique outdoor & indoor pools, kids can easily walk to the pools. It's a very short walk or bike ride or golf cart ride to the beaches, fitness center, or tennis court. This one story, spacious, open concept home offers over 2,000 square feet of living space, large master bedroom with new king bed and new top quality mattress, large walk-in closet and large master bath. The house also has three porches, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, garage, electric golf cart, and a wonderful backyard view of the 4200 acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.

The interior of the home has been completely repainted (February 2015) and is newly furnished. Updates include a new sofabed, chairs and tables in the living room, new Sealy king mattress in the master bedroom, new furniture in all bedrooms and a new flat screen tv in each bedroom as well as a 47" LCD TV in the family room, and a new charcoal grill, purchased.
The master suite has a large master bath with garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. Other features include outside shower, 12 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage area.
You'll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened in back porch with a wonderful view of the wildlife preserve. Perfect for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee or a cool drink after a day at the beach.

*Boats, trailers and/or motorcycles are not allowed. If you violate parking rules, then you will be responsible for paying the ticketed fee.
Golf carts are not allowed to be parked in the condo parking lot. Golf carts are not allowed on non-prepared surface (sand, landscaping, dirt or in the yards). The guest will be responsible for any fines or assessments to the owner for not following the rules of the association.
There is a fee for parking and a limit of 2 cars year round. No Phone. They do have beach chair rentals on the beach by Suncoast Beach Service.

Monthly reservations made online will not be confirmed until a reservationist reviews the booking details and verifies that the pricing is correct. If there is an error, you will be contacted! Also, in order to avoid same day booking we do not allow reservations to be made online if booking within 48 hours of arrival. Several of our rental properties do have a nightly minimum requirement. If the calendar shows a property is available but you are unable to book online, please feel free to contact us!
$1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan!
