Come stay at this amazing home in the Tan-Tar-A Estates!! Located less than .6 miles from Margaritaville Resort.

This spacious 4 bedrooms 4.5 bathroom getaway is perfect for the entire family. Location, Location, Location... Find yourself in the best spot close to all the action at the lake! Margaritaville Red Headed Yacht Club Shorty Pants Dog Day Jeffreys Steak House

This spacious home in Tan-Tar-A Estates sleeps 16 guests and perfect for everyone to spread out and relax!

The Main Floor has the livingroom, Kitchen and half bath.
Bedroom 1- 2 Queen beds with private full bathroom. (Tub/shower combo)
Bedroom 2- 2 Queen beds with private full bathroom. (Walk in shower, Oversized bathtub.) Private attached balcony with sitting area attached.

Lower Level Bedroom 3- 2 Queen Beds with full bathroom. (Tub/ shower combo)

Bedroom 4- 2 Queen Beds with full bathroom. (Tub/ shower combo)

Patio/Deck There is a screened in patio off the livingroom. (No smoking) There is a private deck off both lower level bedrooms

We supply a ''starter'' kit of supplies for the home. It includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and hand soap, dishwasher pods, linens for each bed, towel set for each bathroom. You will need to bring extra supplies and beach towels for the pool. Towels in the homes are not to be taken to the pools.

2 Community Pools - Cedar Glen Pool located on Moongate Drive - This pool is geared towards families. It is newly renovated in 2016 and has a wet deck for small children. - Estates Pool located on Walkers Cay - This pool is geared towards adults. It was renovated in 2017 and has bench seating around the edge of the pool, with one swim lane.

All amenities at the Resort are open to the public, except the 2 pools (Indoor and Tradewinds) and fitness center. However, none of the amenities are included with the cost of your stay as a Hotel guest or Estates guest. Below are the amenities at the resort that are available for an additional cost. Please contact the Resort for pricing and more information.

Great Place for a Family Vacation

Clean and spacious! Was easy to rent and check in and out. Lots of great activities in the area.

We loved the house! There was plenty of room for all 10 of us to spread out. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that the upstairs bedroom was extremely hot. (There was a heat wave when we stayed. Highs in the 90s and lows in the upper 70s.) We used every fan in the house to make it somewhat bearable to sleep in. All of the other bedrooms had their own air and were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Family Christmas

Our family has stayed at this property twice now for our family Christmas. The house has been amazing both times we have stayed. The owner's were fast to respond to any questions we had. There was plenty of room for our family with my kids and grandkids. We will definitely be back.

Great Space for Friends’ Trip!

We chose this property because of the number of bedrooms( 4) with 2 Queens in each bedroom. At this time in life, everyone wants their own bed! A couple people even had their own room. Older home than we usually rent, but the space was perfect! Love the spacious porches too.

We were told there was a grill, but there wasn't one. One of the bathroom had a leak. Freezer was iced over. Could use some updates.

The best way to describe this property is lost in the 80's. Nothing, repeat ,nothing has been renewed. White formica counter-tops, old stainless steel sink, original plumbing, etc. Original carpet, borderline nasty. Big rotting hole in the roof. Old furniture. Moss growing on front entryway. Property manager was great, she just didn't have much to work with. Disappointed for our annual family vacation.

So much space!

Our stay at this property was great, even though there were a couple hiccups! The management of the property was outstanding. Very responsive, caring and compassionate.

Family vacation

Everything for most part was good! Place was beautiful n fit all of us perfectly rooms big! We had to vacuum when we got there n pick up water balloons other then that Everything good would come again

Weekend with Pals

We had 16 total guests, and wanted to find somewhere convenient. This spot was excellent. 8 Queen beds and 4 bathrooms. Great covered patio and deck. A lot of space in the bedrooms and overall a spot I would recommend.

Great family place

We enjoyed being able to stay at your home with our children & grandchildren. It was nice for the grandchildren to use the indoor water park close to us, at Margaritaville. Thanks again for the use of your home!
