Building 10 - Unit 10110 (TOTALLY REMODELED)!

This spacious townhouse/condo is a unique and spacious floor plan located in The Ledges Complex, it has everything vacationers would want for their get-away. Just pack your swimming suit, we provide practically everything else: toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, shower gel, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the awesome main channel view from the deck and the large patio. This condo is 2,000 sq.ft and is perfect for three families or large groups. Both master bedrooms have a Queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The lower level sleeping area has three queen beds with a small table and a separate sitting area. The condo is located at the 20.5 MM and sits on the main channel. There are two pools to choose or follow the sidewalk to the sandy beach if you prefer to swim in the lake. Great for kids!

The Ledges Complex is located minutes to everything fun at the lake, golf, shopping (110 store outlet mall), Big Surf Water Park, Tan-Tar-A Indoor Water Park, go-carting, restaurants, marinas close by for your boat or PWC rental needs.

Great lake view and great accommodations. Mother nature didn’t cooperate very well as it was too cold to use the lake the first day and very windy the second day. I grew up on the Little Niangua arm of the lake and will probably stay away from the main channel on our next lake trip. Also, too much boat traffic, even on weekdays. Overall, we had a great trip and the condo perfectly fit our group. I know the hosts can’t control the boat traffic or the weather. Maybe we’ll be more lucky on those items on our next trip to the Lake of the Ozarks.

The condo was great! There was so much space, and the views were beautiful. The pools were both very well-maintained, and the property is near so many great restaurants and things to do. We will definitely be back!

Great all around place to stay

It worked wonderfully for us - had a family gathering first part of the week, then Bikefest 'family' get together last part of the week. Lots of room and nice place.

Clean and spacious

Great place to stay for a group, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Living room and lower patio very spacious for hanging out. Very central to many things to do, everything was within 15-20 minutes. Kitchen was decently stocked.
