Building 10 - Unit 10110 (TOTALLY REMODELED)!

This spacious townhouse/condo is a unique and spacious floor plan located in The Ledges Complex, it has everything vacationers would want for their get-away. Just pack your swimming suit, we provide practically everything else: toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, shower gel, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the awesome main channel view from the deck and the large patio. This condo is 2,000 sq.ft and is perfect for three families or large groups. Both master bedrooms have a Queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The lower level sleeping area has three queen beds with a small table and a separate sitting area. The condo is located at the 20.5 MM and sits on the main channel. There are two pools to choose or follow the sidewalk to the sandy beach if you prefer to swim in the lake. Great for kids!

The Ledges Complex is located minutes to everything fun at the lake, golf, shopping (110 store outlet mall), Big Surf Water Park, Tan-Tar-A Indoor Water Park, go-carting, restaurants, marinas close by for your boat or PWC rental needs.

The condo was great! There was so much space, and the views were beautiful. The pools were both very well-maintained, and the property is near so many great restaurants and things to do. We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect for our family get together! Beautiful setting. The grandkids loved the pools and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The master bath tub needed a stopper, but otherwise all was terrific. The landlord was very responsive.

Great views!

This condo was super cute, we loved the layout and the options for outdoor seating to watch the main channel. If your goal is beaches or activities for young kids, this may not be ideal for you but there is a very nice pool on the opposite side of the property with an amazing view to the west for sunsets, etc. There is a small beach accessible, it’s a bit of a hike, but not bad. The condo itself has a great layout and plenty of room for 11-12 people. The owner was extremely welcoming and quick to respond to my questions. I would recommend this place!

Birthday getaway

This was a party for my daughter who is 14 and her four friends and a few of us moms to help keep things going smoothly. The condo was amazing. Loved the beach vibe lots of supplies even laundry soap. Just make sure you read the notes on the fridge when you first get there, it’ll save you time later

Fishing Getaway

The property was very nice, however, we are a fishing group and the pictures of being near the water were deceiving. We had to drive to buildings 4-9 to get to a fish dock. The fish were a hit for our stay. This made our stay even enjoyable. The home was clean and roomy for our group.

MTA Getaway

Traveled to the annual MTA Fall Handicap with my 2 sons and 3 of my shooting buddies for a week of competion. We come here every year and have rented other condos for the week but everyone in our group agreed this has been our faorite. Extremely clean and well decorated

Ozarks 2019

Accommodations were not what we expected. Dishwasher was broken, coffee pot did not work, electric stove burner did not fit securely, bath towels were in need of replacement. Location was perfect, slept 13 very comfortably, easily accessible, management team very professional. Overall a good time just needed a few updates.

Super nice on the inside, spiders everywhere on the outside

Very nice, spacious condo(other than the kitchen). Extremely clean on the inside of the unit. Our only complaint was the outdoor spaces, especially the balcony, which is where we wanted to spend most of our time, considering the lake view and all. When we arrived, the balcony was COVERED with spiders and their webs and what gets caught in their webs. Bugs and spiders everywhere- coming from the roof, the floor, tables and chairs We immediately contacted the owner, who sent someone the next morning, who “sprayed” but we were still left with spiders and spider webs hanging everywhere. .

Great location, nice beach, a little outdated

The location of this condo was great, conveniently located close to a number of golf courses, the premium outlets, mini golf, restaurants, grocery stores, and other activities. We really enjoyed the pools and the beach by the lake, where the water was calm. There was also a small swingset by the beach that we enjoyed as well. We also appreciated that the kitchen had a large number of spices available, and had enough dishes for all of the people staying in the condo. The grill on the patio was also great. We did find that a lot of the furniture was heavily used and could be replaced. Also, there were not enough paper products included with the stay. We ran out of Kleenex tissue, and had to buy some of our own, which we then had to use when the toilet paper ran out. One of the outlets in the upstairs master bedroom was having some issues, but there were others available so we made it work. The condo was clean when we arrived, we just generally found it a little outdated. The amount of space and bedrooms/bathrooms was appropriate for the number of people this listing said the condo could accommodate, so that was appreciated. We were only allowed to have two parking spaces for the weekend near the condo, and the other vehicles had to be parked in an overflow parking area, which was just up the hill from the condo building.

Clean and spacious

Great place to stay for a group, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Living room and lower patio very spacious for hanging out. Very central to many things to do, everything was within 15-20 minutes. Kitchen was decently stocked.

Great all around place to stay

It worked wonderfully for us - had a family gathering first part of the week, then Bikefest 'family' get together last part of the week. Lots of room and nice place.
