SPACIOUS. QUIET ROOM W PRIVATE BATHROOM IN GREAT HOUSE

Private room with a full private bathroom in a private house. There is queen bed, dinning table, computer desk, fridge, microwave, kettle and ext.. in the room. We provide towels and basic toiletries.
Our house has good location. There is shopping plaza down the street about a minute walking distance from our place, with about a dozen of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery/supermarket, a gym and other services.
There is a bus stop in front of our house. You can get to Richmond Center in less than 10 minutes from our house by bus.
It take about 30 minutes to get to the airport by public transportation or approximately 10 -15 minutes by car..
The lot in front of the house is small, parking just in the street. It is free.

Room is spacious with own bathroom. Location is terrific as you can easily catch skytrain and then bus to get to this place. The host is friendly and helpful.

Driving from YVR Airport took less than 15 minutes. There are several strip malls within walking distance. The house owners were friendly and helpful.

Tat and Michael were super nice and caring couple, during 1 month stayed there, I felt like a home.the room is clean and big, bathroom with sky light is a bonus.for sure, will stay again for next trip.

The property was close to everything,walkable to grocery,restaurants and the bus stop right in front of the house.only if they would mention in their listing that the room is on the second floor it was hard to carry the luggage to the second floor.

Very clean room. Good out of town location within reasonable driving distance to Bridgeport station of Canada Line for direct access to Vancouver without the parking or traffic headaches associated with downtown travel via car .Great hosts who aim to please. Walking distance to restaurants. An excellent choice for a short stay.

First time VRBO users. We didn’t realize the h/o would stay in the house. I’m guessing there may be different levels of stays. Parking was little to none. We had to park on the street or around the corner from the home. When lugging your luggage in, this isn’t ideal. We did back in the morning we were leaving to load luggage back into the truck. We met both host, Tatiana & Michael. The morning of check out, we talked with Michael for a bit. He was very helpful on transportation & ferry suggestions.

We have all conditions and terms in our profile in VRBO system, that the rooms you booked in private home, that there is free parking on the street, We try to keep cheapest prices per night per one room ( 69 CAND ) in our area. There is couple blocks from our place 3 hotels. Cheapest prices there per night for one room $450. Warm regards, Tatiana and Michael

Tatinia and Michael looked after us very with clear instructions how to get there from the city, the bus stop to connect with the train to the city is outside there front door if inn Vancouver again we would have no hesitation in staying there again
