My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. The place was very close to the sky train as advertised. The check in process was very easy and convenient, and the couch bed was very easy to set up.

Great spot for the night. Appreciate the fans to keep the space cool. Was quiet and easy to access. The photos were very helpful to make sure we found the right spot. Thank you and will stay again for sure.

Nice accommodation and very close to sky train. Was nice to be outside of downtown but close enough to get around easily. Was clean, good communication with host, and would stay there again.

The host was very responsive to answering questions. The place was as described, cosy. Probably best suited to people with no mobility issues as you need to step into the bath to shower. Everything we needed was supplied. Perhaps some local information eg what’s nearby, where to get groceries etc would have been helpful. The skytrain was close and easy to use.

Great location. 5 minute walk to the skytrain station. Walkability score would be 7/10. Excellent communication with the owner. He replies quickly. A couple of deficiencies we found:Pillows are flat and needs to be laundered.People above the unit were inconsiderate with noise. They were loud; feet stomping and people seemed to be partying from 11 pm - 330 am. Otherwise, it was a mediocre place to stay.

Sounds travel from one unit to the other. We were in unit 1 and the person on the floor above us had a party the first night that lasted til 3 am. Every night we could hear their footsteps loudly. We could also hear when others were showering or washing clothes (at odd hours). We could hear the voices of the people in unit 2. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and a dirty vent. We unfortunately did not rest well.

Overall a decent stay for the cost, but the walls are thin and you can hear everyone upstairs. The bed and linen are not great and the bathroom was also not cleaned well. Would stay again just for the night if needed.

Smooth Check in. Convenient location to sky train. Clean. I could not figure out how to turn on the shower but that was probably a user issue. Overall great stay.

The place was good and nice. The location was good. The only problem with the place was the bathtub was not draining. The real problem is that it was the worst check-in experience I've ever had. When I arrived, I went into my reservation and clicked on the button to find out the check-in instructions. The words "property access" appeared, but there were no instructions. I messaged the host, but I didn't receive a response. I called the number provided, but I got voicemail. A few minutes later, I called support. I communicated with a chat bot. It said it was connecting me with an actual person. I waited a bit, and then I spoke to someone. After I explained the situation, he put me on hold for a few minutes. He said he would need to have his supervisor help me. He said it would be two minutes to speak to the supervisor, but it was quite a bit longer. When the supervisor talked to me, he placed me on hold. When he returned, he said he was able to communicate with the host. He said the host just sent me check-in instructions. I saw the instructions, so the supervisor ended the call. The instructions specifically said "Enter door number 2. Do not go to door number 1." A lock code was provided. While I was trying to open door number 2, a person answered. There were guests staying there already! I called the host, and he said he screwed up. I was supposed to enter door number 1 after all. This whole process took about an hour and an uncomfortable encounter. Terrible!

We stayed here for less than a day since we were traveling and didn't want to carry around our bags. This is a decent place. Entrance is to the left as you enter the property.
