Beautiful 1900 sq. ft., 120 ft. Lake front cottage on Rose Lake, also known as Lake of the Woods. Pontoon boat included with cottage rental! The pontoon is a 2011 Avalon that seats 10. The boat is equipped with 10 life vest. Dock space for your extras: speedboat/jet ski etc. Sleeps 10, Master/King with spectacular lake view, open to master bath with double sink and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom/queen, 3rd bedroom double bunks (sleeps 4). 2nd full bath with tub/shower. Laundry room with new washer/dryer, with attached half bath. Kitchen has a large island, dishwasher, microwave, range oven/stove top, large refrigerator and is open to family area with large sectional/sleeper sofa. Great views of lake from family area with sliding door entry to upper level deck. Our basement is an additional entertainment area/game room which includes a foosball table, table/chairs with a beach theme to relax in after a long day on the lake! Two kayaks, one paddle board and access to: Gaga ball pit, volleyball net, and boat ramp. Towels and bedding included.

Rose Lake Cottage is such a relaxing place. Fishing is great! This was our 3rd year staying here and love it! Grandsons caught over 50 fish! We will be back next summer for sure.Smith & Beck families from AZ & PA

Our family has been coming to this cottage for 7 yrs now. We love the fact that this cottage has a large lake front property that allows our large families to come and gather throughout the day and enjoy the lake. You are only another house away from the beach. The house has everything you need to enjoy a week of relaxation and fun.The house has always been cleaned and ready by 4. The kids love hanging out in the basement in the evenings and playing fuse ball. The host are extremely nice and easy to work with should you need anything. We have already booked again next year!

This is a lovely, updated house on a beautiful lake. Super-clean and well-stocked kitchen (but you may want to bring extra paper towels and garbage bags). The only real downside to the house itself is that there is no door on the bathroom in the master bedroom, but we worked out a system for privacy. There is a large yard with a firepit. (bring an ax for splitting the logs which are provided) The stars at night are amazing. All in all, it is a perfect house for a getaway.The lake water is very clear, so you can easily see fish and turtles swimming under the dock or under the boat. The boat is a little rough in appearance, but it runs great and we used it every day, either just riding around or doing some fishing. Hubby caught lots of bass, bluegill, crappie, and perch. We saw a pike but did not catch him so he is still there waiting for the next guy, LOL!

This is a lovely location, excellent facility. The home was clean and welcoming as we arrived and we really enjoy every bit of our stay. This is our third year staying here. My husband enjoyed the fishing and even caught several! The setting is so beautiful and relaxing, we truly enjoy our time there.

Our trip was very enjoyable, The house was on the lake with a big yard for the kids to play in. It was nice to have a boat included in the rental. We will rent it again in the future.

Wonderful cottage

Our family has rented this cottage now for the past 3 years. It is a wonderful place to rent. Very clean, nice lake frontage and the owners are very helpful if you have any issues. We love renting here and will be back again!

Summer get away

Property was as listed and the owners were readily available to accommodate our needs and questions. Pontoon boat was an added plus that made our trip with afternoon and evening cruises on the allsports lake.

Beautiful Lake Home

The lake house was perfect!!! We were amazed how clean the house was when we arrived. The view of the lake was beautiful. Our family had a wonderful week at the lake and look forward to renting it again .

Such a wonderful home in an ideal setting, we so enjoyed ourselves. Loved the fact that the pontoon boat was included, my husband truly enjoyed getting out fishing. Praying we will be able to get back to this location soon.

Rose Lake cottage

Such a fun and beautiful property! Perfect for teaching our 4 year old grandson Ford how to fish. He caught so many fish on the boat and off the dock. Such a relaxing place.

Best value on Rose Lake

3 friends spent a fabulous week relaxing in a very comfortable cottage. Cottage was stay ready, really just food and personal items were needed. Pontoon boat was so comfortable and started right up. We loved the porch and rockers every morning and evening! Would highly recommend this cottage! Thanks for a great stay.

Great cottage

Our family has rented this cottage for the past few years. The place is always clean when we arrive and the owners have been wonderful to work with. We are a rather large crew and Eric and Devin have been very accommodating to our large family. Beautiful frontage and a large yard to play games with the family. We look forward to returning again next year.

Great house with all of the amenities. New porch furniture for 2023 was perfect place to begin the day. The included pontoon boat is a must have for this lake experience.

Beautiful setting, pleasant home

This is our second year staying at this lovely lake home. The setting is beautiful, the home is very comfortable and clean, we so appreciate this property. Well kept up and very nicely appointed. The lake is lovely, so great to have the pontoon boat included so my husband was able to fish. We hope that we will be able to return again next year! Peaceful setting to return to again and again!

Grandchildren visit

I’m loathe to give this wonderful gem such a glowing and fabulous review as I’ll never be able to book it again! Quaint-the complete experience was flawless and the pictures can’t convey the clean and simple functionality and comfort of this little beach house. Be back soon to visit the grandchildren again.
