The parking was amazing the location was great. Host was very responsive and stay was very nice.Garbage trucks at night were a little loud and the property could use to be a little cleaner mainly dusted.

Pros: Location is perfect, 4-5 minutes of walk to beaches, price is good, included free parking across a street is also extremely good.Cons: Windows in a bedroom is terrible and must be replaced with a standard window. Its designed as horizontal blinds meaning there are many gaps where hot air is coming in (no AC in a bedroom, only in a living room) as well as lots of outside noise like music from bars until 1 am, garbage truck picking up garbage at 3am, construction workers starting at 5 am, etc. Very hot and very noisy in a bedroom, you will need an extremely good ear plugs to try to sleep.

Moving to Oahu

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was clean and pleasing. Minimal extras. Couldn’t get the Tab in the bedroom to work. But it wasn’t a big deal. What was a big deal was the loud noise outside that travelled in the windows. Loud trash trucks, people on the street, one night a dog barked all night.

The location is perfect. The free parking can't be beat. The parking lot is on the next street over - very short distance. The bathroom is very narrow and the shower is just about 2 ft. square - very tight - no room to bend over in shower - bring a rack that hangs from shower head if possible - we used a small ABC bag to put our shower soaps and stuff in. The cleaner could put in a little more effort - the floors were slightly sticky and there was smoots on some of the walls - but generally ok for a rental. The separate bedroom was great. Out adult daughter came and slept on the couch so we had our own area. Attached our photos taken at time of check-out.

This place is a gem! Most everything you need is provided and the property is clean. The location is perfect and you can walk to anything so a car is not mandatory. The check in was efficient and communication was good. The Hilton's firework show can be viewed from the balcony. It can be a little noisy, but that is expected when in the middle of all the action!

absolutely LOVED this place. parking is right around the corner if you rent a car, u walk down the street and the whole beach walk is right around the corner aswell. 5-10 minute walk from the main “touristy” waikiki beach, but there’s also a beach right by the apartment aswell. all in all this apartment was amazing and for sure will rent from here again in the near future.
