Great location! Walking distance to the beach and stores/eateries. Comes with free parking pass which is a huge plus if you are renting a car. The condo itself can use a little bit of dusting, but overall the place had everything we needed for our stay.

5 day stay @ Banyan Waikiki

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had no cold water for over 1/2 the day. Took 5 hrs to have owners reached and fix the problem. After that was fixed, it took 2 days to fix the light in the bathroom shower area. They did compensate us for the inconvenience also was nice when we misplaced the parking pass.

Excellent Condo and Location

Very pleasant stay. Condo was exactly as what was in pictures. Had no issues. Location was great, few mins walk from beach and all the attractions but far enough in quite location. Garage parking was a very big plus. Would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean, & comfortable. Check-in & check-out was easy w/no issues. Instructions were clear. Nice kitchen & appliances. Would select this particular unit again.

Hawaii graduation time

Very clean. Great location! Lots of towels. Beds comfy. Quiet. Needs more places to sit - more chairs. Barstools pretty but not real comfy. Bathroom is small.

BOOK PROPERTY!!

Exactly as pictured!! Great location, would stay at again! Don’t hesitate, just book the rental :) Coffee shop in the lobby area and a little mini market where we purchased laundry detergent. Parking is a huge plus, able to find parking. Very easy simple instructions! Overall great set up, location, property!!

It was easy to communicate with the host, Ali'i Beach Rentals. When we arrived, we noticed that there were only 2 beach towels instead of 4. We texted and received the additional towels within a few hours. The listing details for the unit were accurate and we even found a couple more beach items than expected (probably thanks to previous guests). The only things that we would have liked to be different have to do with the building - not the host or the unit itself. The pool was available, but the sauna, showers, and locker rooms were not when we visited. We expected them to be available after reading that the deck renovation was complete. The deck is renovated and available, but those interior areas are not.But the bigger issue with the building was water. Water was shut off on 2 separate days during our 1 week stay. We received 24-hour or more notice each time, which was good, but not having water is not ideal. We were not inconvenienced by the first event because we had a day tour planned and left early and returned after the water had been turned back on. The second time was on the day of our departure when we would have liked to stay until checkout time at 10:30am. But the water was shut off at 8am, so we felt rushed to shower, have breakfast, etc. Bottom line: we would stay with the property manager, Ali'i, again and probably at Waikiki Banyan again since the location is convenient and parking is included.

Wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of three adults, and it was hard to find a place that has two queen beds. Waikiki Banyan was perfect for us! The beds were very comfortable, and there is a very nice kitchen. The best part was the view from the lanai. Free parking was nice, and it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on the same floor ($4 each, a bit expensive, but it was convenient.) Beach chairs and bodyboards were nice to have. Overall, the place was very clean and comfortable. We'd stay here again!

Quick trip to Oahu (3 nights)

The condo was comfortable and everything in working order. We had a bit of challenge with cable TV but were in the room so little that it didn't affect our stay. Beds (even the sofa bed) very comfortable. Condo was clean and centrally located to beach, restaurants, shopping, and maneuvering in/out of Waikiki was a breeze. We discovered the coffee house in lobby on the last day but didn't have opportunity to experience. Thank you for a nice visit, and I would definitely re-book for a future trip.

Great property

Really enjoyed my stay here with my family. Check in and check out process was easy. Property was clean and newly renovated. Free parking was very nice. Short walk to the beach, shopping, and food. The only downside to my stay is the elevators in Tower 2 were very slow. Especially between 3-4pm when it was check in time for the other condos. There may be a line in the lobby to catch a elevator. Other then that I would highly recommend this property.

Loved that beach chairs and umbrella are provided and other things like all essential kitchen items. Very clean and comfortable space for a family of 4, 3 adults and a teenager. A lot of room for parking and it comes included, which really drew me to this place. We go to Oahu once every 5 years and the next time, we will definitely be looking to stay here again. Mahalo :)

Small but clean place with AC

Overall experience good. Place was comfortable and clean with AC. A bit small, but we’re only there to sleep so it really wasn’t an issue. The bathroom sink drains slow though so housekeeping needs to use drano to clear it up. Only complaint we had, though very small, was laundry detergent was not provided. There was dish detergent, but none for laundry, so we had to purchase some at the front desk.

Nicely upgraded unit

The view of the Al’s Wai canal and the hills above are beautiful, especially at sunset and at night. Wish the unit had an electric broom so I could have kept the floors clean and it would also be nice to have an extra set of sheets.Overall, we were very happy with this unit and would rent again.

This property is not what you see on pictures. The condo was dirty. Dirty curtains and bathroom and it was run down. I do not recommend.
