Amazing property with ample room to hold events or family gatherings. Please don't be confused this isn't just another large home. The property has 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms just on the first floor alone. No other property in the Tampa Bay Area would be comparable! Without question the property comfortably can house groups of 20 plus people while guests can still maintain their privacy. Large Resort backyard with Brand New Pool installed 2019.

Lovely stay!

Holiday in Tampa

Very nice property. Most Bedrooms with own bathroom. Large open area. Pool area was great. Close to many conveniences. Had some Tv and remote issues. Two large dinner tables was great. Grill was not great. A little more seating in living room area would be a nice upgrade. Some decorative touches would also compliment the very nice property. Would recommend for large family

We stayed for a moms/daughters trip and the house was great! Lots of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The pool was great too! The manager and owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

Four generations visit

The house worked well for our trip. We liked that it was all on one level and family friendly. Having the grill and outdoor eating space was nice too. The pool was VERY cold, but it didn't keep the kids out. Thank you!

Great family hangout

This house was perfect as we had family members all staying at house for a Tampa event. Everyone had their own room and majority had own bathroom! Great kitchen and dining meet up area that is made for large groups. Pool and backyard is fantastic and pool is very well maintained. Was able to get laps in several times. Highly recommend for large groups. Quiet area but still close to all the grocery stores, etc.

Best Birthday Ever!!

Had a blast spending time with friends for my 50th birthday!! The house had ample space for our group of 20 and was located near Costco and other stores. The outdoor space was furnished with 2 covered seating areas next to a beautiful pool. So many amazing memories ❤️ The owners quickly responded when we had questions. And check out was fantastic…just needed to turn off the lights and lock the door. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful gem

I was looking for a place big enough to host a large group of family members for a reunion and came upon this place. Not only was the rental rate very affordable but the place was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we were looking for. The host was even nice enough to offer the additional 2 bedrooms upstairs at no additional cost to us. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience for our entire group. Highly recommended and we would certainly go back to this place for our next reunion. A+++

Spacious but older house

The good… plenty of space for a larger group. Pool was nice. The bad…. Older house. Looked newer on the pictures. Cleanliness was just ok. We needed to wipe down some areas. Overall grade C/C+

More than Enough

Everything was great! They are currently remodeling the upstairs deck . There is no doubt that it will also be great once complete. The property manager was excellent!!!! She was very helpful, kind and quick to respond. The pool and back yard was resort like and accommodated well!!! (Fire pit, pool, outside bar, propane grill, 2 gazebos, 12 lounge chairs and outdoor couches, basketball hoop) Lastly, the 9 bedrooms were nicely positioned throughout the house. We would highly recommend it to anyone vacationing with a large number of guests.

Dissappointing.. pictures don't show the entire story

The layout of the property is adequate. However, there is a lack of routine maintenance to the property. Mildew privacey fences, dirty patio, broken gutters, doors that don't completely close, rusty metal seams inside, the pool had a greenish tint, etc. The landscaping/grass was in bad shape but I have to give the property a break due to the Hurricane a week earlier. While we were told the property had a pest control and housekeeping plan, neither was evident during our stay. We had several bugs and roaches during our stay and several parts of the house( shower, baseboards, entrance) looked dirty. This property could be a great place if it gets a little TLC, but until that happens it's not worth the $$$.

Nice but needs some upkeep

We had about 14 family members staying in the property and it fit everyone decently well but not all had bathrooms attached or nearby. Some of the beds were very squeaky/loud and some furnishings were a quite rickety. Some rooms slept very hot at night while others were cold. It was also very echoey/loud with no carpeting/rug in the main area. The floors left everyone’s feet dirty so they could be cleaned. The pool area was beautiful and lots of time was spent out there. Owners were very communicative and nice. Check in and out was easy but the property could use some TLC.

Annual Family Getaway

Dear Kathy/Peter, This is very sensitive and I tried to contact you but got no response. My stay was fine as being with family is always fun. That being said, I'm not sure how often you get by your property but it really, really needs work, mostly the cleanliness, or lack there of. Your pictures are deceiving. The first impression was suspect as the blinds in the front window were broken. The sofa was very different not bright and fresh looking, but, it was in fact broken down and uncomfortable to sit on with only one other chair in the house, more of the blinds were broken, at least one light bulb in each ceiling fan was burned out, one of the closet doors was broken, and no place to put our luggage besides on the bed or the floor, which is an invitation for bugs, a luggage rack or a chair would have been very welcome, your property has so much potential, but it's horribly dirty. Two of the guest had to go to the ER because of bites. I stripped my bed only to see that the pillow that I'd been sleeping on was blood stained. Again, family time was great but for me being the host I felt so very embarrassed to have them stay in this property. Your place was definitely not worth the price you are charging. Because of the things mentioned and some not mentioned, I'm asking for a refund of no less than the cleaning fee. I don't mean you harm or shame but it was really bad. Thank you for allowing us to use your place but as it is right now I would never refer it.

Excellent Choice for Families/Groups!

This property was more than adequate to accommodate our large group. Loved the layout of the house. Host was very responsive and provided us excellent recommendations. Backyard and pool is where we spent most of our time and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be back!

Room for everyone and everything!

Had a blast! The pool was amazing; enough room for everyone to swim, a long shelf area for young swimmers! The 2 outdoor cabanas were so nice to let all levels of sunbathers still hang out together! The patio off kitchen with grill was a great hangout area. The indoor kitchen with room to prep, a chest freezer, and seating for everyone to play cards and games at night!!! We used the basketball hoop out front. Loved that you also recycle. Beds and baths were numerous and clean. Host was quick to get us some extra towels and suggest beaches... Having a washer dryer to pack lighter was fantastic! Location from airport was 20 minutes and drive to Clearwater, Busch Gardens and other beaches all about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Highly recommended, our family left blessed for time together and room to withdraw if needed. (Family of 10 plus grandchildren)

Quiet Neighborhood, great house, great pool

We truly enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect, many bedrooms. They were somewhat divided up and easy to have separate areas for the different families, a huge plus, and we used them all. We had an event in Tampa, and it’s within 30 minutes, very convenient, and it’s on a quiet road. The house manager, Kathy met us when we checked in to show us how to use the pool alarm, and did a great job to make our stay perfect. Communication was seamless, as was check in and check out. The house had 2 large tables which were perfec to feed our group. The seating area by the tv was large, but we grabbed a few chairs from outside to make it work better for us. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, and cups, many plastic, so they can be used at the pool. No spices, but I had brought my own. And the pool was a home run for all. It had a large shelf, so the younger ones could enjoy it also. The 2 gazebos were great to get out of the sun.

Great experience

The house was perfect for our family needs. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Great dining area and kitchen. It was located not too far from all planned activities. The kids enjoyed the pool and the fire pit.

I just knew the place had an extraordinary layout and was located in one of the best areas in all of Tampa Bay. One of my friends informed me that Tampa had a lack of housing options for large groups. The rest is pretty much history. I have been renting the property out for the last two years and the response has been better than I could have ever expected.
