This house features an expansive backyard complete with a private pool and personal beach area. The yard has plenty of seating, a putting green, a 55" HDTV, grill, and a lush garden filled with tropical plants. Inside, you'll find a spacious living and dining room that features multiple seating areas, a 75" HDTV, and dining table that can seat 8 people. Throughout the property, you'll also find custom murals.

This space is incredible… Our group had an amazing time in Tampa staying at Dylan’s property. The house was clean, check in was easy, and Dylan was easy to get in touch with before and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here with a large group! Plenty of space/beds for everyone as well! We will be back!

Everything was amazing, but the WiFi in the house cut out every 5 minutes or so, making in house activities difficult.

The house was spotless and comfortable. The backyard is very private - the screened-in porch with the hot tub, seating and TV was great for evening relaxing. Great location. Only regret was not staying longer.

Great house! Perfect location for us. Mostly adults in our group, we enjoyed the heck out of the lanai and pool area, very relaxing and quiet. Plenty of pool and bath towels. Check in process easy and Dylan is quickly responsive and easy to work with. Will definetly rent again!Wish there could have been a fridge in the laundry room or on lanai so you didn’t have to go up into the kitchen to get drinks/snacks.

We stayed in this home for almost 6 weeks and had a great stay. There are many amenities, including a heated pool and fun putting green. The backyard is very private and filled with beautiful landscaping. I highly recommend this property. Our host, Dylan was quick to respond and extremely open to helping with our needs.

Family trip

The house is in a great location. The pool was nice and back yard landscaping was beautiful. The house was spacious. Host was fast to respond about any questions we had. House was perfect for our family get away and we would stay here again!

Pool was great and my grandkids loved the pool as well as the entire property. So nice to walk out of the house and screened in area into a great pool. I would say we had a great time and the general cleanliness of the house, linens and pool was very good. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there. However, the pictures show a pristine property but at this point it is a bit weathered. Some power washing, furniture and drapery cleaning and fence repair would make a big improvement. This was our first time going to Tampa as a family and overall we had a great time. The host was responsive and friendly. We were made to feel at home in the property.

Stayed for a week celebrating Christmas with our kids and grandchildren. Excellent communication with Dylan. Highlight was the garden “a little oasis “. Pool & hot tub were a big hit with the children. Very spacious house with sitting options.Safe area & close to everything. Beds were very comfortable. No bugs. Would def. Come back.

Loved our stay!

We had a great time staying here with our friends and all of our kids. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids in their 20’s to enjoy spending time together. The house was exactly as pictured - it was clean, beds were comfortable, the living room was a perfect gathering place, the pool and games were a big hit and the location was great. We would definitely rent it again!

Great stay!

The house was perfect and as advertised. The kids enjoyed the pool and outdoor setup. The only extra thing needed are some outdoor lights. Would certainly book again The owner, Dylan, was super easy to work with and very helpful

Best Host, Great Property, 100% As Advertised

We stayed at this property with our family of 6 for a little over a week. This was the best experience we have had with a host and property. Dylan communicated clearly from booking through checkout, the property was clean and entirely as advertised. Highly recommend.

Family ties

We had a group of 11 for a family vacation. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to handle the group. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The screened in patio was used often This home has been set up for a large group
