What a breath of fresh air it is to not only have a beautiful place to stay at a beautiful location, but to deal directly with the property owners who are an absolute joy to deal with.We normally stay on Anna Maria Island. But thanks to this memorable week and a lovely condo, we may be changing our plans going forward.Looking forward to going back again someday soon!

This condo was so beautiful and so comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the beach and watching dolphins swim by. The condo has been very tastefully decorated and the building and grounds are very well maintained. We enjoyed our 2 week stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous location!

Kathy was a super host - answering all questions quickly. The condo is spotless and beautifully decorated, including everything you might need. The views are magnificent, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Perfection on the Gulf

Beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, spacious condo with gorgeous view and access from both living area and bedroom. Hosts have gone out of their way to ensure that you have everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Couldn't imagine anyone would not be absolutely delighted with reserving this condo.

Superb Apartment

Everything is as it appears in the listing. The apartment was clean and the furnishings and appliances were of good quality , you can tell the owners really look after their place , it had everything we needed, and the view was amazing. Owners were easy to reach and responsive. Lots of places to eat with Johns Pass a 15min walk down the beach. If you're reading this review and you like the area then this apartment is highly recommended!

Beautiful condo

Me and my mother stayed almost 4 weeks. As soon as we walked into condo we new we were in 1st class. Everything you could need. Exceptionaly clean and beautifully decorated. Host was totally awesome. This is the best condo I've ever stayed at. I can't say enough. You will not be disappointed. 10**. We'll definitely be back

The pictures don't do it justice! There are so many great things about this place. It is well maintained, clean, great location, decorated with a great beach/tropical vibe, everything you could possibly need for the days on the beach and your vacation. The list just doesn't end. We stayed a week in July and absolutely loved it and didn't want the week to end! Though we really didn't do much for cooking the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc .The beach was never overcrowded. The views from the balcony are beautiful with three big palm trees right in view. We are from Wisconsin so we love to see the palm trees. We spent many mornings and evenings out there watching the waves roll in, the beautiful sunsets, and many fun birds. Lots of restaurants nearby many walkable. We took the trolley a few times as to not deal with with parking at Johns Pass and a few restaurants and the stops are near the building. The condo is in the middle of the building which we liked. We just can't say enough great things about this place and hope to come back. Truly a great find!!!

Five stars are not enough

We have rented a lot of apartments, from New York to all around the Caribbean, French, Dutch, BVI, and on the Gulf of Mexico, but this one is by far, very far, the best one, the one with the best decoration, attention to details and amenities. The building itserf is nice, the pool is great, and the beach seconds away, but the big difference is the apartment, and the TLC the owners dedicate to absolutely everything, from the kitchen to the living room, the bedroom, the bathrooms, etc. Some examples : beach toys ? You can open a rental booth on the beach with all there is in the closet. Vacuum cleaner(s) ? Your choice : Roomba or Dyson. Did I mention the towels ? You can open a Bed, Bath an Beyond as there are so many. And all the small things that make you feel at home. Binoculars ? Of course ! And so on ... We had a wonderful time there, and if (or when) we want to spend some time on the Gulf, this is THE place. Thanks again, Kathy and Eddie !

Bliss on the beach

Fantastic condo to stay in, exactly as described. Modern, comfortable and very clean with some real nice touches around the walls. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in this area which offers so much next to a great beach. Owners really helpful and on the ball.

Fantastic Condo

This condo is amazing! Beautiful view of ocean. Excellent location close to restaurants & shopping & trolley ride. Immaculately clean! Best stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. Owners were wonderful! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!!!!

Beautiful Condo in Madeira Beacg

My husband and I visited this property for two weeks and we absolutely loved it! The owner provided us with not only a beautiful and very clean condo to spend our vacation in, but everything we needed to start our vacation off right! We truly enjoyed our time at this property and we are hoping to return next year!
