Our Condo property is newly renovated. The pool and hot tub are ready for you! The beach is gorgeous! Our gulf front condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine on Florida's beautiful Madeira Beach with oceanfront views! Our newly renovated Sea Breeze unit 307 features an open layout and is a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with all the amenities and extras. All new furniture and beds with comfortable mattresses. All new kitchen appliances. Take in the beautiful sunsets from your private balcony facing the Gulf and white sand beach. You will be conveniently located near Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk featuring shops, restaurants and attractions. There are many opportunities for adventure with fishing, boating, jet skiing, pirate ship and sightseeing cruises nearby. There is a Suncoast Beach Trolley stop right out front that allows you to explore other beach towns nearby.
Our unit is owner managed and we provide convenient on site check in. We look forward to making your vacation the most memorable one!

Christmas Family Vacation

The condo was wonderful. The pictures are a realistic representation. Kitchen included a good selection of dishes making cooking and dining easy. Linens and bedding were also nice. The hosts were responsive and so thoughtful. Beautiful view. We saw dolphins on multiple occasions and walked the beach regularly. It was not overcrowded like some other areas. Easy walk to catch the trolley or to John’s Pass.

Nice location and great view.

Very nice place. The owner host is very responsive. Made a few suggestions and she was very happy to hear my opinions. Location is great. Beach and pool / spa is right there. Everything you need to cook and eat is available. Nice stay!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay! The elevator did mess up one day, but this condo is only on the third floor so steps were easy to use! Condo was clean and had your everyday necessities already there. Directly on the beach, and outlooking the pool made it super convenient.

Girls Trip

The condo was clean and the area beautiful. The bedrooms got pretty warm but the kitchen and living room were cool. The water pressure in the bathrooms was pretty bad. The rest of our stay was very nice and relaxing. We had a great time. The owner was very attentive. They answered our questions quickly. We spoke to some other guests that could not get theirs to answer. So we are very appreciative of the quick responses.

Amazing Property and Area

We really liked this vacation. We even watched two men catch a 12 ft tiger shark from the beach!! We saw dolphins and mantees from the beach as well. Not crowded and a close walk to John’s Pass and 7 Eleven. Great Condo. Clean property. Nice Pool. 5 Stars

Relaxing Beachfront

Older but nice condominium. The only problem we had was the elevator was down for three days while being repaired.

Fun Family Vacation on a Great Beach!

We had a great time at the condo! It was in a great location on the beautiful Madeira Beach! Warm water and perfect sand! The pool was awesome too! The condo was great and had what we needed and a perfect location! I’d definitely stay again! Thank you so much!!!!

Bright and beautiful!

Meticulously well kept, bright and beautiful condo! Very spacious! Has everything we could possibly need. Beds were heavenly. Owners are wonderful, great at communicating. Pool and hot tub are well kept and super clean. Condo is literally steps away from the sandy, beautiful beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Highly recommend!

Florida Trip

The property was presented as it exactly was. Very clean with a beautiful view of the gulf. Our host supplied us with numerous amenities including travel size toiletries. When we return to the gulf coast in the future we will certainly consider this property. Another added bonus is the property is in the center of numerous restaurants and bars.

Wonderful time at Madeira Beach

We had a great stay! We watched the sunset every night from our balcony. The condo has everything you will need. It’s beautifully decorated and ideally located. Our hosts could not be more accessible or kinder. We had a problem with one of the toilets. They came out that evening and fixed it. I can’t say enough good things about the host or the property.

Perfect getaway

The property is even nicer than the pictures! Tanya was wonderful and the fact that there was a Keurig AND a coffee pot made me smile. If we ever make it back to Maderia beach this is where we’ll head 😊

Very nice condo

This is a very nice condo, clearly recently updated, well maintained and very clean on arrival. About a 12-14 minute walk to John’s Pass for restaurants and entertainment. We didn’t have the issues others reported with the elevator; maybe we lucked out staying during a more quiet period.

Great find

We enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of this home away from home. So nice, too, the the property owner provides basic necessities such as hand soap, dish soap, coffee filters, beach towels, etc. the views from the kitchen, main living area, primary bedroom and even the primary bathroom are magnificent. I also appreciated the tasteful decor and live plants. location of the e pool is ideal too since you have a full ocean view.

Excellent condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pictures are accurate and the condo was very clean and spacious. The view is amazing and being on the 3rd floor was perfect to have the option to use the stairs to avoid the slow elevator. The kitchen was well stocked and they had a lot of pool/beach toys as well. Communication with the owner was quick and smooth. The only single thing I wish was different is that they had a full length mirror! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo! Clean, spacious and updated. Everything you need for a great getaway , the owners have thought of everything including everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. Very Good location!

Working and communicating with Tanya was seamless. All info came exactly as she stated. Her unit had the largest common space of any I have seen, kitchen, dining and living room. In addition, she thought of every detail that a traveling group may need, from toiletries to spices, aluminum foil, coffee and beach towels and toys. The kitchen, baths were very nicely updated. Primary mattresses were very comfortable. Our only con is the elevator, which is completely outside the control of the owner. It was slow and hot so we often took the stairs. If Madeira Beach is your destination, I would recommend checking out this unit. Tanya is a very good host.

Beautifully updated; Completely stocked; Immaculate!

Best place I have ever stayed. Owner is very pleasant and answers texts within minutes. The condo includes everything you need including beach items - towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys. Perfect for air travelers. Condo is more than adequately furnished with towels, kitchen appliances and utensils, serving dishes, pots/pans. The owner does everything possible to make your stay pleasant. Condo is well cared for.

It was just paradise…

This place was just paradise on earth. We stayed two weeks and we didn’t want to leave. And we have talked about our trip every day since our return. The location on the beach was just ideal. The beautiful gulf is right there out the sliding glass doors so we enjoyed looking at it and hearing the waves in the mornings for coffee/tea time, seeing dolphins in the afternoons, and watching beautiful sunsets in the evening. This was so great for my elderly mom who couldn’t walk on the beach every day but every day she felt like she was part of it being so close. I was able to walk it at lunch or in the morning and walk out to catch the sunset as well. The condo was beautifully decorated and so well equipped not just in the kitchen but also in the “pool/beach” closet and the bathrooms that we didn’t want for or need anything. If we thought of it, we found it was already there. The little extras we used the most were the cute coffee bar which was perfect, the water /ice dispenser on the fridge which was so great and the great toaster oven was awesome for bagels and warming up left overs! The elevator made it so easy for my mom to get around and enjoy the property which has a lovely tiki area, a large wonderful pool and a great hot tub. And even when we were at the pool or hot tub, we could stare straight at the beach and Gulf and enjoy the view. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness not just of our condo but also the entire property. Every day we actively saw the maintenance folks cleaning and taking care of the property. And they were so friendly and got to know us and greeted us daily. We used the laundry facilities twice and they were brand new and so nice and take credit cards instead of coins which was so convenient. We also found the neighbors (some owners, some annual renters and some first timers like us) all so friendly. We got to know folks at the pool and hot tub and everyone was so kind. In fact a few ladies came out specially to say goodbye to us our last night and wish us a safe trip home. It was a very welcoming and neighborly environment that made you feel at home. Extra bonus is we were so close to Johns Pass and so many amazing restaurants and shops. We could have walked everywhere if my mother was physically up to it. But everything was still a short car ride for her and we found parking out in Madiera Beach easy and we found we were easily able to get covered parking every night. We loved the condo and our wonderful host Tanya!
