Fantastic

Stayed at Heartstone and could not have been better. The accommodations were as advertised. Having a master suite on all 3 levels was perfect. All of the amenities made it feel just like home. Hope to stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

We did a weekend getaway with friends. 6 adults. Plenty of space with the 3 beds/baths. We used the outdoor space all weekend. Wonderful weekend and we will book again!

Law school graduation weekend

We had a lovely time. My son graduated from IU Maurer. I brought my 85 year old mother and other family members. The cabin was lovely. It was exactly as described. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in the hills

Absolutely beautiful home with tons of amenities. The back deck of the house is on a hill facing SE for views of the sunrise and is multiple floors for plenty of hangout room outside. Highlights from the family would be the game room(with pool table, ping pong, etc), the fire pit, and the cast-able TVs everywhere for music and TV. Only gripe would be the tight rules everywhere such as bring your own dish soap, clean own dishes, and put back where they were. Or make sure the TV is back to "Dish" or there will be a fee. Minor complaint, everything overall was A+

2020 Motorcycle Trip

There were 3 couples total, and it was very nice to each have a queen or king size bed with our own bathroom. We have been doing this type of trips for over 10 years now, and we were very happy to see that all of the light switches were labeled. We have stayed at many places that they were not and it got very frustrating. Appreciated the Kerig cups for coffee in the morning, too!! Only thing that I would suggest, is that frying pans have lids that fit on the bigger ones. We were trying to cook supper one night and could only find 1 smaller one that had a lid that fit, the rest didn't. Had to use a lid too small on one of the larger ones, which took longer to cook the meal. Would recommend to friends.

Great but...

We had a great little get away. The view was wonderful. The fireplace was nice in the loft bedroom. There was even shampoo and soap in each shower. We loved the game room. I will say that the floors are crooked and there is no sound barrier. It wasn't a huge deal but I can see it being an issue of you shared the cabin with another family or have light sleepers. Floors creaked and noises were heard as if there was no wall/floor between rooms. Once my kids were asleep it was fine.

Hearthstone cabin

I was very impressed with the house. Very clean and well laid out. Very appreciative of how the house was set up for Christmas. View from cabin was excellent. Hills of Brown staff was wonderful to work with.

Delightful and family fun

The owners have made this such an enjoyable respite away from one’s day to day life. Everything we could’ve possibly needed was there. Including scenic views and family game fun. In spite of the rainy weather we had a blast In the hot tub, had a game challenge with all the available family game tables and our pup had fun too. A deer family came to visit also!! Thank you for thinking of everything. Definitely stay there again!
