The property is clearly not maintained, bulbs burned out, missing batteries in remotes, grass overgrown at driveway, wheel burrow full of dirt outside dining room window. Claimed and are charging for a pet we had a which we did NOT.

Western Sac Stay-Natomas

Great little house! Teya was wonderful &!so helpful & professional. Great area, easy to get all around the area & downtown aswell. Really, I was so very pleased! Will certainly stay again on my next trip to Sac!

Nice stay in Natomas

The house was clean and up to data with everything one might need. The yard is not well kept up with weeds growing everywhere and flier trash littering the front entryway. Get a gardener!

Looks like the pictures.

Nice property. Clean and tastefully decorated. The fireplace did not work during our stay. In addition, the furnace did not heat properly. We made the host aware on the first evening and were told maintenance would be informed but as far as we know nothing was repaired. The temp in unit was 62-66 our entire stay. We are from MN but were were cold. Beds were very comfortable.

Thanksgiving stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully remodeled house in the Natomas area during the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was perfect for our family as we traveled to spend time with loved ones. Every detail of the remodel felt modern, stylish, and welcoming, making it a true home away from home.The spacious layout allowed us to relax comfortably, and the fully equipped kitchen was ideal for preparing holiday meals. The bedrooms were cozy, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful night’s sleep after long days with family. The neighborhood was peaceful, conveniently located near stores and restaurants, yet quiet enough for us to feel truly at ease.The hosts were attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay went smoothly from start to finish. It was clear they put thought into creating a space where guests can feel both pampered and at home.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and well-appointed place to stay in the Natomas area. We look forward to returning on future trips!

Worst Host Manager I’ve come across.

Terrible property manager I’ve experienced! If I have the choice I’d have cancelled and RUN AWAY! First and it’d be My Last at this place. Terrible terrible. You ask for my experience well here it is! Non cooperation and communication is very hard and I have to spend a lot of my hectic time and day try to connect. It took me almost 3-4 Days trying to get an answer from her/him. If you want to waste your precious time just trying to connect with a manager whom they already took your $$ then try this place. If not try a better and a more efficient in communication place where they value customers and not only to for their benefits. Gday!

Very bad experience with whole house

First of all, we did not stay at the Milano house as originally booked. Our reservation for that house was canceled about a week before our trip.We were told due to water damage. We were offered 2 other opinions, one house too far away from original location and the other house (Gillano house) in area we needed to be in. We chose the Gillano house on Cavovaggio Circle due to limited choices on such short notice. The house was very run down with lots of safety problems. Every time the oven was turned on, you could smell gas leaking. The outside patio furniture was mussing, which eventually was brought out to house the day before we left. It was a cheap version of nothing like in the photos. The fireplace didn't work. The electric sockets were loose so anythingwe plugged in fell out.. Couldn't park in garage for 3 days since neighbor blocked driveway. I finally had to knock on door and ask him to move truck. I asked what was code for garage door and was told there wasn't any code and I would have to open garage door from outside! Which was unsafe since garage was not accessible from front of house but by around the block to enter through ally.The house was not clean, dust on fans and blinds, oven dirty, bbq filthy. When we arrived there were only 2 towels, I asked for more when I looked and couldn't find anymore in bathrooms or in linen closet. 1 nclose

Thank you, Dyan, for taking the time to leave a message. All of your issues were promptly addressed to ensure your stay was comfortable. However, you booked and paid for only two guests, while you had over six guests on the premises. This is a violation of the City of Sacramento's guest count regulations. The missing patio furniture was in our storage facility due to the rainy season at the time, but it has since been returned. Everything in the property is now in working order.

The communication with the property manager was a bit slow, and at one point required a phone call to vrbo to elicit a response. Beyond that, the property was as described, and the checkin process was easy.

Great Get-away Trip

Really wonderful layout for private spaces for all family members as well as space to come together and enjoy each other. Each area was equipped with necessary tools to achieve all activities. shopping was easily accessible.

Beautiful home in great location

This property was perfect for our family! Well decorated, with most kitchen utensils, and plenty of space for our family. The check in process requiring photo copies of ID and credit card was rather invasive but the property manager was extremely understanding and easy to communicate with. Quiet neighborhood with super awesome parks and paths right there! Close to downtown Sac and Old Town and many restaurants and Safeway!
