Fully furnished cabin with separate bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen.

Themed as the Bear Den, the Maverick and the Rio. We are located within walking distance of everything. The cabin is fully furnished, just bring your clothes and food!

Cute little front porch where you can sit and listen to the Cuchara River ambling past.

Nice picnic/fire pit area with free firewood. Our quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am.

. Wonderful public room with TV on site.

There are weekly picnics during the summer months, always a fun time!

Management is always available for anything you might need.

Fun little cabin

We were in La Veta for a cycling event. The cabin was the perfect location and was very comfortable. Love the front porch!

Sweet cabin

Our cabin was adorable and very clean with everything we needed. Cornhole, horseshoes, a riverside swing, and wonerful hosts Patty and Doug. We hated to leave!

Outstanding stay/management/property

We’ve stayed at over a dozen VRBO rentals, but none were better than here. Fully supplied, an great staff. You won’t find better. And very quiet, outstanding bed. Outstanding everything!

Great Stay

Ive been coming to LaVeta for many years. Two Fox Cabins are perfect for a getaway to a cool small town. Cabins are clean and are equipped with everything you need . Patty ( the owner ) is usually on site and a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend!!!

Quaint & Comfortable

This cute, clean, well organized, well stocked cabin was our base stay for 2 days. It was a beautiful drive to the Great Sand Dunes. The cabin was exactly as advertised..no surprises. We would definitely stay again if in that area.

Great little cottage

Very cute little cottage! Saw some deer out the back window right next to the house. Lots of areas on the property to sit and hang out including a fire pit, horseshoe pit, corn hole and BBQ grills. Very clean with lots of flowers on the lot. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Immaculately clean. Anything you might think of was provided. Two excellent and super quiet mini-split AC's in living room and bedroom. Nicely furnished. No negatives.

Fabulous tiny home in a great location!

We spent 4 night and 5 days exploring the area. The local galleries and shops were great. La Veta is a hidden gem! The museum is definitely worth a visit. Two Fox is a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of adventuring. We drove over to Antonito and took the steam railway trip to Chama. It's a must if you love trains combined with beautiful scenery. The house and property have everything you could need!

Our pandemic vacation

The place is perfect. We enjoyed it so much that we will be back. Stay two nights and went back and stay one more night ❤️It friendly staff

Great Place to Escape the Hustle & Bustle!

We stayed for six nights. The hosts were very friendly and the cabin area has a great community atmosphere. We were invited to a cookout with the owners, other guests, and some locals. The food, drinks, and visiting around the fire was amazing! Great vacation spot if you are wanting an escape from a busy life.

Great place to get away!

The little cabin was cute and very clean....kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The owners hosted a cookout for all the people staying there one evening...everyone is SOO nice! Loved the caretakers....they are personable and very helpful. The nightly campfire was really fun. We will be going back soon!!
