Welcome to Cozy Corner, a private guest house attached to the right side of the main home on Columbia Ave in Carolina Beach. This cozy retreat is designed for simple, comfortable beach living with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Inside, you’ll find a clean and inviting open-concept space with 1 queen bed in a separate sleeping area divided by a partial wall and curtain for privacy, plus a sleeper sofa in the living area, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. The home is bright, uncluttered, and easy to settle into after a day at the beach.
Step outside to your own fenced-in private patio area perfect for morning coffee, evening wind-downs, or simply enjoying the coastal air in peace.
Parking is located on Columbia Ave in the grassy area along the trees in front of the apartment. Look for the entry gate with the sign “The Cozy Corner.” Entry is keyless, and your door code will be sent via message by 3 PM on your arrival day for a smooth, flexible check-in.
You’re in a great location to explore Carolina Beach local restaurants, shops, the beach and boardwalk. Mike Chappell Park is only a few blocks away with tennis courts, basketball, a skate park, soccer fields, and a 3-mile walking and bike trail. The Carolina Beach Recreation Center is also just minutes away.
Getting around is easy—most guests enjoy biking, walking, or golf carts, all of which can be rented nearby. You’re also close to Carolina Beach State Park for hiking, fishing, kayaking, and boating.
During the summer, enjoy local favorites like fireworks, live music, movies at the lake, and boardwalk events just minutes from your stay.

We had a lovely weekend at Cozy Corner! They left a sign and cupcakes for my partner’s birthday, very sweet. Good location to beach (walk 15ish) drive (4min)Good outside space for grilling and hanging out! Easy communication and process with Kera. Would stay again!

Super clean! Smelled good inside ..20 mins walk to the beach and board walk .. nice neighborhood
Perfect for 2 people or a couple with 2 kids , will definitely recommend 😁

Good stay
Ths stay was good. Broom and mop should be in the room.

Perfect Getaway
Adorable place, perfect for a couple! Clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. We brought our jet skis down to ride the intracoastal waterway and not only did they have plenty of parking, it was only minutes from Carolina state park for us to put in. Location is great!

Comfortable lodging
Just stopped for two nights. Cozy Corner is clean and comfortable. 15-20 walk from beach, restaurants

Cozy Corner
Great location as able to either walk in about 15 min or drive to the beach or boardwalk in less than 5 min. Nice to have a fenced in patio area with chairs and picnic table with going into entrance of the CC. CC is clean and nicely decorated. Would stay here again.

Very cozy and clean!!
Me and my boyfriend went for a nice quick getaway for our birthday and it was perfect. Small but big enough for the 2 of us. Very clean which was most important to me! Thank you for making this such a nice getaway! I would definitely stay again!!

Awesome Experience!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This property is so well maintained and amenities are very nice. The owners were so kind to help me with my reservation as well. I really wish I had more time to enjoy staying in. We hope we can return again in the future for an even longer stay.

Highly recommend
Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Nice walk to the beach. My husband, 17 year old son and I stayed here after moving our oldest son to Wilmington. Perfect for us. Highly recommend!
