Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo on CB! Sun deck over looking the Atlantic. Condo has open floor plan, 2 queens in guest bedroom, one king in master bedroom. Guest bath has tub/shower combo, while master bath has stand-up shower. View from the king bedroom of the harbor is spectacular at sunset. Halfway between north-end pier and Boardwalk. It’s a wonderful location with an absolutely exceptional view.Be ready for some steps on the third floor with the view comes up price.Owner is amazing and punctual to respond to any questions.

Very nice view! We decided we are a little too old for third floor! Even our dog stopped at every floor standing at a door hoping we were on the first or second floor! But we had a good stay! Well stocked and clean.

Host communicated very well. Property was as described. We were advised to bring items not provided well ahead of time to have ready. Great location and beach access. Would stay here again.

Great views , comfortable condo for family and dog. Loved having the mini Mart right below . Great spot close to walk to board walk and restaurants . We had a great stay celebrating our daughter’s birthday . Highly recommend.

Communication was great! The place was ready to go before we got there. The view to ocean was awesome! The ocean was a short walk on the path. We will look to use more in the future. The location was close to other activities. We were able to have a relaxing vacation. Every early morning we saw a few dolphins swim by... very cool! Thank you Adriane!

The place was ok! Advertise as dog friendly , but nowhere to take the dogs out to potty! Had to take my dogs to the dog park! Look like alot poeple use the balcony ocean front as a potty area! Then climbing 4 levels of stairs.!

Nice place with ocean front view, slept the 5 of us very comfortably. We enjoyed our short stay here with our two dogs.

View of the beach and ocean is amazing. Apt. is decent and close to beach access. Picked for washer/dryer and ocean front. I wanted to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the waves through the day /night. We enjoyed leaving the sliding door open and listening to the ocean as much as we could but the balcony is not covered (didn’t know) and no umbrella to block the sun. It rained a decent amount so couldn’t use the balcony at all the first two days. The outside furniture isn’t comfortable to hang out on either. High top tables with tall stools. Good for dining? We appreciated the bench in the shower. Simple but after a long walk on the beach it was great. Biggest issues for me were the TVs, no coverage on the balcony, and no basic information about the area when we arrived; The bedroom tv was not working. We thought someone should have checked this before we arrived. Adrienne was quick to respond and had a fix sent same day but it took 50 texts throughout the day to figure out the problem. Has 2 dvd players (no dvds to watch) and the one in the bedroom doesn’t have a cord to connect to the tv. There are Lots of books to read and variety! Other things: The road side balcony doesn’t have any furniture so not useful and nothing to drag out there. No beach toys or chairs. Beds are firm. Kitchen was useful. Tons of ice. Second bedroom is a tight fit with two queens. Roku TV - have to sign in to your own subscriptions on each TV. And remember to log out!

We planned a last minute trip and everything from booking the condo to the few questions during our stay was taken care of with ease! Quick and courtesy communication made for a great stay!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay at this beach vacation condo! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a beach trip. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning, and the beach was just steps away. Great location—close to restaurants and shops, but still peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient beach escape.

This location was PERFECT for our weekend beach vacation. There was plenty of room (2 adults and 1 child) and loved how short of a walk it was to the beach. We enjoyed having the mini mart across the street, and how close we were to the boardwalk. The condo was also perfectly clean. We absolutely plan on booking again in the future.

Revisit to our beach hangout

My friend and I stayed here a few weeks ago and came back for another relaxing beach hangout. There’s nothing like staying right on the ocean, hearing the waves, watching the sunrise, making our own simple meals and just relaxing.This place provides all of that. It isn’t fancy but is clean and comfortable. Hope to visit again!

Family get away

The property was AWESOME. Top floor beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Even though the weather wasn't the best we still had a wonderful time. Would stay here again. Perfect location.
