Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo on CB! Sun deck over looking the Atlantic. Condo has open floor plan, 2 queens in guest bedroom, one king in master bedroom. Guest bath has tub/shower combo, while master bath has stand-up shower. View from the king bedroom of the harbor is spectacular at sunset. Halfway between north-end pier and Boardwalk. You can walk to restaurants and bars. DOGS and children welcome! Nine one zero three one five two three three nine- text me!

Nice location- 3rd floor is a decent amount of steps but the price you pay for a wonderful view. Condo is spacious and clean- no sign of any previous dogs, which is great! Of note- no direct beach access and the condo next door does not want anyone walking across their driveway, you must walk around their building. Also a starter pack of hand soap, toilet paper and dish soap would be welcome. Overall, our family of 4 (2 big teen boys) and little dog found the unit to be great.

This location was PERFECT for our weekend beach vacation. There was plenty of room (2 adults and 1 child) and loved how short of a walk it was to the beach. We enjoyed having the mini mart across the street, and how close we were to the boardwalk. The condo was also perfectly clean. We absolutely plan on booking again in the future.

Nice enough for the price I guess. Check-in was super easy and it was great having the little market and coffee shop across the street. The Condo was right on the beach and had easy beach access and a beautiful view of the ocean which we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen seemed pretty well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc though we didn't use it much, only the refrigerator which was large, clean, and made plenty of ice. The condo itself is a shabby and worn with cracked paint and walls in the bedroom, torn lampshades, a front door that hasn't been painted in years and broken, rusty furniture on the patio. Seriously why would you have metal furniture on an oceanfront patio and chairs that sat so low the beautiful view was blocked? And we hated the fact that there were NO BASIC SUPPLIES (no dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, dish cloths, aluminum foil etc). I can understand not providing personal items such as soap, shampoo, etc but requiring guests to haul all the basic stuff (sheets, towels,) up 3 flights of stairs is ridiculous. To be fair, they did mention this in the listing, I just didn't notice. If I had, I probably would not have booked this particular place and won't recommend this listing to anyone. Overall, a nice few days at the beach but not because of the condo.

Revisit to our beach hangout

My friend and I stayed here a few weeks ago and came back for another relaxing beach hangout. There’s nothing like staying right on the ocean, hearing the waves, watching the sunrise, making our own simple meals and just relaxing.This place provides all of that. It isn’t fancy but is clean and comfortable. Hope to visit again!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay at this beach vacation condo! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a beach trip. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning, and the beach was just steps away. Great location—close to restaurants and shops, but still peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient beach escape.

Nice place with ocean front view, slept the 5 of us very comfortably. We enjoyed our short stay here with our two dogs.

Great spot!

The property was clean and cozy. There was plenty of room for our whole family (7 people) and we didnt feel cramped at all. The beach is right outside the door, and the balcony has a great view of the water. There is a little convenience store with a breakfast place attached right across the street, and plenty of restaurants and beach shopping spots within walking distance. The hosts were super friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely be back!

GREAT LOCATION!

The location was Beautiful. you sit on the balcony and the ocean is right in front of you. My dogs had a blast. The driveway is a stone driveway so be careful when you drive your car. The house was beautiful. The only feedback that I have is to keep the basic necessities like toilet tissue papers towels, plastic wraps, garbage bags, and aluminum foil.balcony furniture is rusted. May need update. It was a relaxing condo though And Definitely recommend it.
