Wonderfully decorated in this non-smoking, no pets allowed, rustic lodge style, two-story 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is conveniently located on the heart of Grand Lake O' The Cherokees, on Duck Creek in a no wake zone. This house comes with a large 45x45 swim dock. For an additional $75 per night, you may rent a covered slip; tie ups on side of dock are free for your boat or lake toys. This house sleeps 10 guests comfortably. The master has a king bed. The upstairs quest room has a queen bed. Downstairs contains a bedroom with a queen and a bunkbed that sleeps full size on the bottom and twin on top. The smaller bedroom downstairs has a bunkbed that sleeps full size on the bottom and a twin on top. Two living areas with televisions, one up, one down, open kitchen upstairs with adjoining dining area, three-person bar seating. Parking can allow only maximum of 3 vehicles allowed during rental, parking is NOT allowed on the street. Suitable for children. This is the place to be for the July 4th famous Duck Creek Fireworks display, our dock is a front row seat! This is a family neighborhood. No bachelor/bachelorette/wedding parties. May 23-May 26 (Memorial Weekend) $800 a night-min 3 night rental. July 2nd-July 5th 4 night rental $900 per night. Aug. 29-Sept. 1st (Labor Day Weekend) 3 night rental at $800 per night. Great property

The property was just what my family group of 10 was looking for. We have a once a year vacation and we will definitely book here again. Missy was amazing! The only not so good things we encountered was that the upstairs air conditioning system was not cooling very well and there was no cold water in the master small bath. We would absolutely recommend this property!

Perfect location lakefront home

Fourth time to stay at this home and everything fits the needs of our family. Waterfront with dock to tie up a boat and easy to fish. House is very well stocked. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very quiet enjoyable weekend!

Perfect in every way but 1

Every thing was more than we could ask for except for the upstairs shower. Barely enough pressure to take a shower. Not even enough pressure to wash the soap out of our hair. Fix that and you would have 10 out of 5 stars. Great time and would recommend this place to anyone. Thankyou.

Christmas in July Family Reunion

This house is big and perfect for our family gatherings! The kitchen was amazing to prepare meals for a large group. We have rented it several times because it is 2 minutes or less from my brother’s home around the corner. We shuttled family back and forth with golf carts to help with parking. We used it mostly for a crash pad and cooking. Worth every penny!

Family Gathering over July 4th

Third time to stay here. Location perfect for us. Clean, spacious, good a/c, well stocked kitchen, linens, comfortable beds, waterfront, private dock. These are the things that are important to us. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, beautiful house

Duck Creek location is very good. Popular boating areas like Dripping Springs, Leon Russell cove and Drowning Creek are just across the main channel. Nicely decorated home with beautiful views out to the cove and dock. Swim ladder made it easy to float around when it was hot, and table and chairs on the dock were great for hanging out in the evening. We also enjoyed morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the covered deck upstairs. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked all our meals there. Living room has lots of comfy seating. We would definitely stay here again sometime!

Great Rental

Excellent property. The location is close to town, boat rentals and Shangri la. The kitchen was fully stocked for our weekend family vacation.

Nice mini-vaca

We couldn’t have picked a better place! We were 2 separate families coming into town for a family reunion. Wish we could have made a week out of it so we could enjoy the dock and lake more! The house was just as described. Pics were accurate. Everything was well stocked. All we had to do was show up and get our food ready to cook. Would definitely recommend!

The greatest location to watch Arrowhead 4th of July fireworks!

This lakefront property was just perfect for our family. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Great air conditioning. Location was the best with private dock. Our family loved it and will definitely consider staying there again.

Beautiful property with perfect Duck Creek location, large covered boat dock. The house is roomy, clean and updated. The property manager, Missi, is a delight. We will be back.

Wonderful Getaway

The property manager was beyond kind, helpful, and checked in on us before, throughout, and after the weekend. She gave us a tour upon our arrival and the place was in perfect shape. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely plan to book again!

Serene Atmosphere

Cozy and quiet house/area. Right on the water perfect for fishing on the doc and pulling the boat up for a day on the lake. The property had all the cooking items we needed and the rooms were a perfect size and very comfortable.

Family Get away

This is a beautiful place. It was clean and had everything we needed any then some. Easy access to dock fishing. Missy was wonderful and quick to respond in answering any questions. We had a nice, fun but relaxing time. We are looking forward to going again.

Long weekend stay

This house is great for a multi-family stay. The dock was large and the water was calm to swim. The walk to the dock was very short from the house which is nice when you spend the day on the water. The house is clean, updated and has all the amenities you will need. Would stay here again!

Rest and relaxation

The property is in an ideal location on the lake. It was easy to get to the surrounding towns for food and supplies. The property manager made sure we had all we needed and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Mornings on the back porch with coffee were peaceful and evenings on the dock with the sunset were relaxing. Overall, the house made for a wonder time on Gran Lake.

Nice finishing, great lake rental.

Pros: Condition Age of property. Rooms are big enough Kitchen/Living room is awesome!!!! Huge and awesome floating raft (20'), if you bring an electric pump Cons: Deck is tiny Not much shade on dock

Relaxing Weekend

Great location and property for a large group. Plenty of space and privacy. It was an easy check in/out process and plenty of amenities. We had a great time and highly recommend this property!
