Very happy with cabin. Once we stocked up on supplies we never had to leave. There were enough entertament for the kids that they did not want to go anywhere which is exactly what I was after. Being on a dead end road there was not any traffic so it was very peaceful. Would definitley recommend this place.

We stayed at Escape from Reality for five nights and it was perfect. There were three couples and we had plenty of room to socialize while a bedroom on each level offered quiet space to rest.The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the property was clean.The location was quiet with a beautiful view. We saw bears twice during our stay which was an added bonus!We enjoyed our time and if we are ever back in the area we would stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! Our stay was just as we visioned it. Be careful venturing outside on the decks in the evening or morning, we had multiple visits from the welcoming bear committee. I would stay here again!

The first few days we had a momma and 3 cub black bears com visit us. The cabin had plenty of room and a lot of deck space. The game room had plenty of different types of entertainment. Overall the stay was great and I would recommend staying there.

Wonderfull escape for our family of four. We love being close to the action but far enough up in the hills to have peace and quiet. This was perfect for our needs. Well stocked kitchen/house. Very beautiful property in deed. We will be back!

Thank you John for letting us enjoy your property. Great view, super cool experiences. My first time driving up a mountain to stay in a cabin and seeing bears so close to me; visits every day. We even got to see a turtle, snails and a raccoon that came to visit us while being on the first floors deck. Loved the jacuzzi and everything in the house. Thank you from the Topete Family.

Loved the cabin! The area was great and located in an area with easy access to Gatlinburg and Pegion Forge! The views from the deck were amazing and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a fun day!!

We love the Cobbly Nob neighborhood because it is away from all the crowd but yet close enough to enjoy everything within a short 15 to 20 minute drive in any direction. We truly enjoyed our stay here at this cabin! It had 3 levels with a king in the upper floor with a queen bed on the main floor and basement. The basement had a pool table, arcade games, dart board, TV, and more! We had beautiful weather during our stay so we spent a lot of time on the front and back decks enjoying the views. We saw all kinds of wildlife from the front porch.... raccoons, groundhog, deer, birds, and best of all... BEARS! We saw a Momma bear and her 2 cubs strolling by our cabin twice during our 6 day stay. It was one of the highlights of our trip! We cooked almost all of our meals at the cabin. It was so well-stocked that we had everything we needed for all of our meals. Plenty of cooking utensils and pans and even had a cupboard full of spices! My husband grilled several meals on the gas grill out on the deck. We ate most of our meals on the picnic table out on the back deck. The view was beautiful with all the changing colors of the trees. Communication was great with our host. No issues at all with checking in and he was very responsive with any questions that we had. The beds were also VERY comfortable which is always a plus when away from home.We plan on returning next year!
