Little bear cabin was a very cozy looking place inside and out. It has lots of windows for natural light. It was close to all the nearby little towns restaurants. Very quiet street amongst tall pine trees. A Little Peak of the lake through the trees from the deck and the living room windows. It’s a place. I would definitely come back to.

Great stay at little bear

We had a great stay at the cabin. It was close to kings beach and there is a huge trail system right behind the cabin. There are so many things there you should have everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Nice cabin near north shore beaches

Kids, dog and me stayed for a 3 day weekend. Great location, nice living room, lots of cookware, and big upstairs was perfect for our stay. Grilled some beef franks on the back deck at sunset our last night. Great spot!

Love Love Tahoe❤️

The cabin was absolutely the way it is listed!! We couldn’t have loved it more! It really was a home away from home for our family!! Close to everything but in the woods!! Went further south to enjoy the beach and it was well worth it!! Thank you for the stay!!

Beautiful & Convenient for Visitors w/ Dogs

We especially loved the convenient location. Was so nice to be able to walk to the lake as well as the nearby dog park! And then there are also the trails at North Tahoe Regional Park. And the cabin itself is wonderful. Plenty of space for at least 5 people. Nicely furnished, very clean, and well-stocked. Loved the fun touches, like the retro sit-down video game console!

Great Cabin in Tahoe Vista

Property is well laid out and in a nice neighborhood for walking. Great for staying with a dog. Kids enjoyed the basketball hoop and sit down pac-man. House was well equipped. Sitting on the large deck with no homes blocking the view was a nice way to start and end the day. Would recommend

Little Bear cabin

Was a little disappointed that there was no dishwasher, bathrooms need a little work. Would have been nice to let us know to turn up the hot water tank. Probably wouldn't stay here in the winter. The heat is a little questionable. The cabin is cute, great location. Easy parking. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. We've passed along this note to the homeowner. Please note that we clearly explain there is no dishwasher in the description, but the owners are looking into a solution for more convenience for their renters. The radiant heat works well plus there are space heaters in each bedroom, and the wood burning fireplace is very efficient and keeps the home extremely toasty in winter months if you don't mind building and stoking a nice fire. I'm not sure why the water heater would have been turned down, but we'll be sure to check that for all future stays.

This was the perfect cabin for my solo getaway with my dog. Indoors stayed cool enough throughout the day, the kitchen was very usable, the grill was great, and the living area was comfy. Many hiking trails are accessible directly from the property, including the entire North Tahoe Regional Park, which is just a less than 5 minute walk from the front door. Despite being in a residential neighborhood, it was unbelievably quiet the entire time. I truly felt alone. There are restaurants and shops only a short walk or 4 minute drive away, and grocery stores within 20 minutes drive. My only minor complaint is the bed is not super comfortable and the pillows were pretty bad, but I'm picky about that. I also recommend they provide a much thinner blanket for the beds during summer - the one on the bed was very thick and way too hot. But they provided 3 fans which kept everything cool enough. I will definitely be coming back!

Cabin was perfect. Excellent and easy location to access. Has normal cooking utensils and silverware. Beautiful deck with a view of the lake in a quiet setting. Would love to stay here again.

Property was as advertised and excellent. Fit our needs to a "T". The key lock box location and cabin name on the porch caused minor confusion and was quickly resolved.

Cozy Cabin

Loved our stay at Little Bear Cabin! The cabin was plenty of space for 2 adults and our dog but still felt cozy. We were a short drive from hikes, beaches, and restaurants. Almost wish we had a rainy day or two as an excuse to stay at the cabin all day!

Cozy cabin with real character

It was so full of fun stuff, from the bear footstool, to the book selection, the games and puzzles, and the baskets of blankets. We fired up the wood-burning furnace on the cool evenings and felt really at home.
