Always a great stay

Adam and Nikki truly care about their guest experience. They think of every detail, and I always look for one of their properties first when I travel to Jacksonville.

Adorable house in great neighborhood! Great communication from Adam. We rode the bikes all over town. Tasty snacks and treats available too!

Great stay everytime

I come to Jacksonville for business every few months and this home is my favorite. From the cleanliness to the comfy bedrooms to the little unique touches in the house, this is always my first on my VRBO list. The hosts Adam and Nikki are quick with responses and do everything to make your stay comfortable.

Great Little House

We have stayed here before and would gladly stay again. The owners are wonderful, and care about your comfort. It is filled with many extras for guests.

The house was great. Instructions for everything were very clear and the additional snacks and drinks were very thoughtful. We would 100% stay here again.

Cozy little home

We had such a wonderful time during our stay at this little house! The property was very clean and quiet. The location is near so many great restaurants and makes hopping on the interstate a breeze. The house has a wide variety of amenities (k-cups, toiletries, cooking supplies, etc.) We will definitely be back!

Great Place to Stay!

This Riverside home was perfect for our mother/daughter weekend! The location was so convenient to the things we love in Riverside. Extremely clean and Adam is a pleasure to work with. Kitchen is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We definitely will return the next time we are in Jacksonville!

Sweet little house…

There’s so much to like about this little house. The owners have put an exceptional amount of thought into the comfort of their renters. We will try to stay again if ever back in Jacksonville again.

Lovely little house

My best friend and I had an excellent long weekend at the Jacksonville little house. Great location with some shops within walking distance (we tried the coffee place & curry joint, both very good!), well-supplied comfortable home, and super accommodating host/property manager. We would happily return!!

Love the little house !!!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Little House - we were moving our son to Jacksonville and needed an extra space for 2 couples and our grandbaby - the little house was perfect / great location - super clean - super stocked - child friendly for an 11 month old who is walking - super comfy beds - great air conditioning - the hosts are so responsive and helpful - I can't say one negative thing about the place and our experience - we will definitely stay again on our future visits -

Amazing Gem

This has been far far the best stay I’ve had. The little house is everything that was advertised.Totally clean and a great location. There was a ease of navigating the neighborhood and great perk with off street parking. The hosts were very personable in their communication and extremely helpful. I would give this stay a 10******

Riverside is the best side

We absolutely loved the Riverside area and were excited to stay in the center of it and be able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops while we were visiting. The location is close to all the best places. The house was one of the cleanest and best stocked places I've ever stayed, including hotels. Check in and check out were a breeze. The only issue is that the listing kept saying it was the Game House but it was actually the Little House so we got a little confused on that part.

Cute House & Great Location

This little house did not disappoint. The host added nice little touches throughout the house: snacks, drinks (soda, wine and coffee), games to play, up to date magazines on the coffee table, super cute postcards with the house on the front to use, and toiletries. The check in process was a breeze. The location of this property was in a neighborhood that I felt safe enough to walk 4 miles in each morning. Highly recommend picking this house for your getaway. We will be back!

This was our second time staying here and it won’t be our last. Adam, the host, is so professional, and accommodating. We love the ease of checking in and out. This house is located in such a great neighborhood. On Saturday we were able to walk to breakfast at The Cool Moose Cafe (highly recommend), then down to the Riverside Arts Market to check out local vendors and performers and then to lunch at Carolina Jax (also very good). This route in total was roughly 3 miles. My husband is not an avid walker like I am but he still enjoyed exploring and walking the neighborhood. This listing will remain one of our favorites.

Relaxing stay

We had a great stay at the little house. The check in was very easy and using the code was simple. The neighborhood is great. Plenty of dining options and easy to get around. I am a runner and I enjoyed running around. The hosts were very accommodating, responsive and helpful. Lots of suggestions for dining and activities. The house had everything we needed. We had lots of room to spread out. The washer and dryer were also very helpful. TV’s in all the bedrooms really helped with the relaxing at night part of our trip. We enjoyed the house and Jacksonville very much. Definitely would stay here again, lots more exploring to do.

Great stay!

Really cute house! They have everything you need or forgot which is so very thoughtful. House was full of snacks and drinks. I needed a lint brush and they had one! My son forgot his tooth brush, no problem they had one! Kids had a great time using the fire pit and making s’mores. There are lots of restaurants and things within walking distance. We came in town to go to the Monday Night Football game and really enjoyed our stay. The stadium isn’t too far away either for anyone needing a place to stay for a game. Thank you for everything!

Little Guest House is the Best!

As an individual who travels to Jacksonville frequently for work, I usually stay at VRBO’s for the location near my Jax office and being in or close to Riverside. This was my first time staying at this location. I usually don’t write reviews but this home is worth taking time to give the review it deserves. Not only was this house the most comfortable and welcoming house I have ever stayed at, the owner Adam was a delight and was never out of touch for any questions. From the eclectic decor to the perfect sheets and mattresses, (I’m very picky about these two things), to the bottle of wine waiting for guests arrival, everything was perfect. It’s the first time I have felt completely at ease while traveling and the location was perfect to walk a few blocks to one of my favorite Jax restaurants, 13 Gypsy’s. I could keep going about how much I loved this place and now will try and book this every month when I’m back in Jacksonville. Thanks Adam😊
